Continuity mistake: In the scene in the courtroom towards the end where Alicia is talking to the security guard who is in the witness stand, he glances over at the jurors. When they cut back to the jurors a few seconds later, they are wearing different coloured shirts. (00:33:30)

Continuity mistake: When Kindaichi reveals that someone in the room probably is the responsible, Mizogishi asks in a shot from behind if anyone knows anything. In that shot, the two adjoined desks he was using become a single supersized table. (00:16:00)
Continuity mistake: When Jonah confronts Meyer after the death of the surgeon, Meyer's holding a drink in his left hand as he turns to face Jonah. The shot changes angle and the drink is suddenly in his right. (00:48:40)

Continuity mistake: Poirot is talking to the owner of Twinkle Toes and confirms that indeed the victim was strangled with his merchandise. The man listens with his fingertips adjoined and pointed towards Poirot, but when it cuts to his response ("Poor kid") his left hand is partially in frame and in a different position altogether. Continuity mistake: When David and Maddie are debating whether or not to help Lawrence Everett, the towel David uses to wipe shaving cream off his face jumps around during the scene. It's around his neck, then in his hands, then on his shoulder, and back in his hands, etc. (00:15:40)
Two by Two - S1-E6
Continuity mistake: When Alicia presents the slingshot trajectory, Eva says the solar sails will provide "more than enough" power to reach the planet with the U238. Shortly after the sails are deployed, the edge of one of them is damaged, causing the ship to lose enough power to start dropping back to the star. But you can see that about 1/10 of one of the six sails is damaged, or 1.7% of the entire sail array. How is "more than enough" reduced to "not enough" when they lose such a small part of the sails? Continuity mistake: When the equivalent of Miss Debenham tells the Colonel that reaching the 12 people figure might be difficult, her hands and the secretarys are in a different position compared to the previous shot (hers are raised, his are crossed in a different pattern). (00:45:45)
Continuity mistake: While the Agents are reviewing the courthouse security footage, they zoom in on the unsub's license plate number "28K-XK8" on the video feed. Barnes states aloud that it's "28K-XQ8" and Remy asks which employee drives a vehicle with that plate number, then the Courthouse Vehicle Directory shows "28K-XQ8" as the unsub's license plate number. Continuity mistake: Earlyish in S1:E4 "Growing Suspicion" there is a still photo of Christa Carlyle wearing a cast on her broken right leg. Early in this episode there is a quick motion shot of her handing out a T-shirt to another student. The cast is now on her left leg.
Continuity mistake: As Dave is leaning over the edge of the air boat with Rose behind him, he pulls a chunk of metal out of the water and places it on the edge of the boat on his left side. When he gets up from his lying position moments later, the metal is gone. Moments later again, with an overhead shot of the boat, we see what appears to be that piece of metal positioned at what would have been his right side, not his left. This is also where we see him step over the seat (twice!) in subsequent camera angles. (00:30:00)
Continuity mistake: Hannah enters the bar wearing a University of Texas hooded sweatshirt with its unmistakable school color when she asks Charley to take her to see her father. When they arrive at her father's house, she is wearing a plain dark sweatshirt.
Continuity mistake: Myron enters his own office after bailing the Simons out, and tells them to get out. Rick, sitting on his chair, lowers the hand with a cigar, but in the reverse shot Gerald McRaney is still smoking it, it's right in his mouth. (00:19:00)
End. Begin. All the Same. - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: When Rian and Mira are on the Spy glass, he understands she just invited him to Dreamfast. When she answers "Yes! I mean...if you wanted to?" his hair is suddenly all the way behind the sword's handle, when it wasn't in the shot before. (00:09:45)
Continuity mistake: At end of the episode, Brandy retrieves her suitcase. However, in an earlier episode, she throws it from a bridge. No bridge is visible in Ep 9, though.
Continuity mistake: A whimpering housemaid rushes down the stairway, frightened by an intruder on the second floor. Doctor Watson gallantly charges upstairs to investigate, plunging his left hand into the right side of his jacket to retrieve his trusty Webley revolver as he advances on the camera. However, the shot immediately cuts to Watson withdrawing the revolver with his right hand from the left side of his jacket. (00:29:55)
