Continuity mistake: As Joe and Bill take off to pursue the fleeing station wagon, Joe is talking to the mic in his right hand. When the camera cuts in for a close-up, it's in his left hand.
Continuity mistake: When talking on the roof at the start, the guy in green has his hands in his apron pockets when being told the security cameras are off. Cut to a wider shot and his arms are folded instead.

Continuity mistake: The first time Peter is inside the memory with his mother, two ornamental flags can be seen hanging on a wall next to a light switch as they talk in the living room. One of these flags suddenly turns roughly 45° to the left without anyone touching it. (00:07:33)
Continuity mistake: During the school meeting Ed is standing against a green wall, between a small blue poster on the right and a big 'We love reading' poster on the left. His position keeps changing in every shot: Sometimes he's in between the posters, others covering the small one, and once very close to the big poster.

Continuity mistake: When Crosswords has the first attack of Chimera witnessed by Black Jack, his wife Sayuri runs to the fridge to grab the bottles. In the shot with the camera inside the fridge, there is a full complement of bottles in the bottom shelf, but in the other angle the right half of the shelf is occupied by glasses only. (00:09:15)
Continuity mistake: In "Rond Point," while Alberto and Santos are talking about Harvard, the position of Santos's arms changes between shots.
Continuity mistake: Dan enters the military facility and when talking to the guard at the check in counter, the clock behind him shows 10:15. Then in the same scene seconds later, the clock behind Dan shows close to 5:15.

Continuity mistake: The microphone on Jigen's radio has a cable in close-up that disappears in the wider shots. (00:02:25)
Testimony of Evil (Dead Men Don't Laugh) - S1-E6
Continuity mistake: At the start, the glass on the left is poisoned. The guy picks up the glass on the right, but still ends up dying.
Continuity mistake: Inspector Ressler is struck across the temple on his left side in the scene at the "bawdy house". He holds a hanky on that spot later and there are no visible marks to the right side (his right) of his face. Then, in the street scene afterwards and while looking at the Swedish Bakery he has marks on his right temple. Those marks are no longer there in later scenes such as Claxton's office. Episode #1.3 - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: Poirot is talking to the owner of Twinkle Toes and confirms that indeed the victim was strangled with his merchandise. The man listens with his fingertips adjoined and pointed towards Poirot, but when it cuts to his response ("Poor kid") his left hand is partially in frame and in a different position altogether. Continuity mistake: After Naomi apologizes to Cyn for hitting him on the head, in the shot facing Naomi she reaches for Cyn's brandy with her right arm extended, but next shot it's her left arm extended. Then Naomi holds the brandy bottle with her left hand and removes the brandy's cap with her right, but in the next semi-closeup the bottle and cap have switched hands. (00:23:10)

Continuity mistake: Sidney is attending a pre-wedding dance in the camp he is visiting wearing a light colored shirt. When he leaves the dance floor to chat with other attendees, he is now wearing a green sweater over his shirt.
Continuity mistake: Overcome by mysterious toxic fumes, Bad Cooper loses control of his car and rolls it on the roadside. The vehicle tumbles but lands upright; and, as it comes to rest, the interior camera shot looking out shows a relatively minor crack in the far left side of the windshield. Camera cuts to an exterior frontal shot looking in at Bad Cooper, and now the windshield is shattered all the way past center, with the left side partially caved-in. Camera cuts back to an interior shot looking out, and the windshield is, again, largely undamaged. Camera cuts back to exterior and the windshield is, again, thoroughly shattered. Another interior shot looking out, again, shows minor damage.
Continuity mistake: While the Agents are reviewing the courthouse security footage, they zoom in on the unsub's license plate number "28K-XK8" on the video feed. Barnes states aloud that it's "28K-XQ8" and Remy asks which employee drives a vehicle with that plate number, then the Courthouse Vehicle Directory shows "28K-XQ8" as the unsub's license plate number. Continuity mistake: When the ground begins to open after failing to enter the four-digit pin code the second time, Weol-ju has her right hand placed against the door frame. In one shot, her hand is lowered, but in the next, it is raised above her. (00:48:20)

Continuity mistake: When we first see the guy in the tunnel, he runs to the left in the first shot. The next time we see him, he runs to the right.
Continuity mistake: When Jonah confronts Meyer after the death of the surgeon, Meyer's holding a drink in his left hand as he turns to face Jonah. The shot changes angle and the drink is suddenly in his right. (00:48:40)
Continuity mistake: At breakfast the apple being cut for Camille as she poses a question to Adora is suddenly on her plate as the scene cuts to Adora's immediate reaction. (00:05:07)
