Continuity mistake: Nokoru Imonoyama is looking at the dossier about the brother-in-law of their client. The chart showing the sorry state of his business looks different from the close-up when Nokoru puts it down - for instance, it's bi-color grey and white, when it was simply with white background before. Continuity mistake: When Mary talks to Bobby D at the crime scene, her hair moves back and forth over her left shoulder between shots throughout their conversation.
Two by Two - S1-E6
Continuity mistake: When Alicia presents the slingshot trajectory, Eva says the solar sails will provide "more than enough" power to reach the planet with the U238. Shortly after the sails are deployed, the edge of one of them is damaged, causing the ship to lose enough power to start dropping back to the star. But you can see that about 1/10 of one of the six sails is damaged, or 1.7% of the entire sail array. How is "more than enough" reduced to "not enough" when they lose such a small part of the sails? Continuity mistake: Hannah enters the bar wearing a University of Texas hooded sweatshirt with its unmistakable school color when she asks Charley to take her to see her father. When they arrive at her father's house, she is wearing a plain dark sweatshirt.
Continuity mistake: When Howard sees his ex in the jacuzzi, his glass has a little bit of alcohol in it. When he drops it and it shatters, the glass is empty.
Continuity mistake: When Scooby and Shaggy are at the "Hotus Dogus" stand in the Coliseum, you can see that Scooby has two flags in his left hand, but after a quick close-up of Scooby, we return to him and his flags have disappeared.
Continuity mistake: As Dave is leaning over the edge of the air boat with Rose behind him, he pulls a chunk of metal out of the water and places it on the edge of the boat on his left side. When he gets up from his lying position moments later, the metal is gone. Moments later again, with an overhead shot of the boat, we see what appears to be that piece of metal positioned at what would have been his right side, not his left. This is also where we see him step over the seat (twice!) in subsequent camera angles. (00:30:00)
Polly Wants a Treasure - S1-E8
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Baloo and Kit walk through the Sea Duck's cargo area to try and find who they think is a stowaway, Baloo lifts a crate of fragile crystal glasses over his head. The crate rotates between shots, judging by its red "Fragile" stamp.
Continuity mistake: When Anthony Sinclair is talking with Duncan Todd in his office, there's a remote or a phone or something on Todd's desk to his right that keeps moving between shots.
Continuity mistake: In the scene in the courtroom towards the end where Alicia is talking to the security guard who is in the witness stand, he glances over at the jurors. When they cut back to the jurors a few seconds later, they are wearing different coloured shirts. (00:33:30)
The Big Dog - S2-E11
Continuity mistake: As Joe and Bill take off to pursue the fleeing station wagon, Joe is talking to the mic in his right hand. When the camera cuts in for a close-up, it's in his left hand.
Continuity mistake: Dan enters the military facility and when talking to the guard at the check in counter, the clock behind him shows 10:15. Then in the same scene seconds later, the clock behind Dan shows close to 5:15.
Episode #2.6 - S2-E6
Continuity mistake: When Denton looks up Alex Campbell's vehicle registration, it says "AP08 00G" on the computer screen. When she goes to where the vehicle is, the registration is "AP08 0DG."
Witness for the Execution - S2-E15
Continuity mistake: When David and Maddie are debating whether or not to help Lawrence Everett, the towel David uses to wipe shaving cream off his face jumps around during the scene. It's around his neck, then in his hands, then on his shoulder, and back in his hands, etc. (00:15:40)
Continuity mistake: When talking on the roof at the start, the guy in green has his hands in his apron pockets when being told the security cameras are off. Cut to a wider shot and his arms are folded instead.
Continuity mistake: A man is shown throwing a lit cigarette at some mannequins located on the front lawn of a house at a test site. Later, the lit cigarette is discovered by Capt. Quinn conveniently and neatly placed on a concrete curb. (00:11:00 - 00:14:10)
Continuity mistake: In the first opening, Daisuke Jigen shoots a hitman through the closed door. Between the first and the second view, one of the holes in the bottom row disappears. (00:00:55)
Continuity mistake: Earlyish in S1:E4 "Growing Suspicion" there is a still photo of Christa Carlyle wearing a cast on her broken right leg. Early in this episode there is a quick motion shot of her handing out a T-shirt to another student. The cast is now on her left leg.
