Revealing mistake: During the race through the desert in Annie's Jeep, the rear-screen projection couldn't be more obvious. In the supposedly speeding vehicle, Annie's hair is blowing slightly, but Kimble's never moves at all. (00:35:30)
Revealing mistake: When Harvey Bullock and Jim Gordon enter the apartment of the arsonists, as Bullock approaches the bodies, you can see one of the actor's eyes close, despite the fact he is supposed to dead. (00:20:10)
Revealing mistake: On both occasions when Sandra is sitting in the boat going out on the lake to dive actress Amanda Redman has obviously been replaced by a stunt double.
The Illusion of the Lethal Playthings - S1-E20
Revealing mistake: The "remote control" model plane lands and sneaks through some bushes to spy on Blake. You can see the filament line pulling it. And the picture it sends the bad guys with its mini-camera not only zooms in (unlikely technology in 1973), it also delivers an unobstructed view when the plane is sitting in foliage that should block part of the shot. (00:21:50)
Revealing mistake: At the end it is not Helen against the filing cabinet - the face is different. Obviously a body double.
Homeless for the Holidays - S3-E10
Revealing mistake: When Mark goes to treat his cut, he leaves the lounge with a couple of tissues held to his head. He gets some supplies and puts a supposedly fresh piece of gauze to his forehead - however the gauze already has some "blood" on it - a feature the camera obviously wasn't supposed to catch. When Jeanie comes over to check it out, he pulls the gauze away from himself and - voila - there's the bloodstain.
Revealing mistake: Part 3: When the U.S. squadron leader's plane crashes alongside the Akagi, the use of stock footage places an American fighter plane on the deck of what's supposed to be a Japanese ship. The star on its wing is visible as the flaming plane sweeps by in the background. (00:49:45)
Revealing mistake: In the bakery, Will plays a lively tune on the concertina - without touching any of the button-keys necessary to play the notes. (00:26:15)
Revealing mistake: In the 2004 season, when Deacon is coming over to see his children after meeting with Macy at Insomnia, he accidentally calls Amber Brooke.
Revealing mistake: When Wanda traps Magneto in the force field thing, for one shot, Magneto is missing a sleeve on one arm, then it comes back a shot later.
Revealing mistake: When Allison is "seeing" the Massey house going up in flames, James flinches when the painting falls off the wall behind him, even though it is only supposed to be happening in Allison's vision.
Revealing mistake: Oliver Babish's office has windows in a location it can not possibly have them. Jed and Leo are in continuous conversation as they leave the 'normal' West Wing set at the end of a hall (See http://www.whitehousemuseum.org/special/wwtv.htm where the words 'Press Briefing Room' are - that's where they turn to their right). They walk a few steps then turn right again and ahead of them is Babish's office, with windows straight ahead. If this had been a single continuous set, Babish's office would be located in the stair area to the left of the press briefing room, and the windows would offer a view of the hallway that runs between the lower corners of Leo and C.J.'s offices (seen at 3:36), not the outside world. (00:03:30)
Revealing mistake: As Dr. McNamara is marking Megan O'Hara for her breast reconstruction surgery you can see the lower line of her prosthetic "removed breast" from her mastectomy on her left side. It is not the surgical scar from removing the breast, that is visible about an two inches higher closer to where the nipple should be. My aunt had a mastectomy, I know there should be no scar here.
Revealing mistake: Kevin McKidd's Scottish accent appears every now and then. For example in this episode, when he says that Marc Antony "negotiates with a whore and a dwarf at his side".
Revealing mistake: One of the party guests opens the door of the fridge and you can see behind the set instead of looking into the fridge. (00:32:40)
Revealing mistake: When Shalimar is getting ready to leap on Gabriel, there is a quick glimpse of support wires attached to her.
Mother and Child in the Bay - S2-E2
Revealing mistake: When Bones and Booth are driving in his SUV talking about Abraham in the Bible, you can see that Bones' side window is lowered almost all the way down, but her hair is perfectly still and not being blown around as it normally would be.
Revealing mistake: Mason brings his unnamed son to the lake and acts like he is going to drown him. The baby is noticeably a doll in all but the scene where he kisses it. It is obvious from the way he is carrying it as well as the lack of movement.
Revealing mistake: Lori Chan picks Mundy up at the airport and proceeds to speed through town, spinning the steering wheel left, right and left again repeatedly. But the rear-screen projection behind them is showing footage from a car moving steadily in a straight line. (00:07:45)
Revealing mistake: The actor that played Barney Miller, Hal Linden, was left handed and did everything left handed. However, they always put his gun on his right hip with the handle facing the right. A lefty cannot conveniently pull the gun this way.
Suggested correction: Hal Linden writes with his left hand, however he uses his right for many things. He ate with his right hand (in Graft), and in the episode where Fish thinks he needs to retire, Barney pulls his gun with his right hand.
