Revealing mistake: The bandits lock Bo and Luke inside closed coffins and then leave. Bo and Luke begin "rocking" the coffins back and forth to tip them over so they can escape. However in the following shots, as Luke is rocking inside his closed coffin, the camera slips or shifts too much, and you can see the barns' interior at the sides of the screen, alongside some equipment.
Revealing mistake: When Adler fights with David close to the detonator just before his second transformation, the shots are filmed too close. It makes it really obvious that a stuntman is replacing David for most of the fight.
On the Road - S2-E1
Revealing mistake: As Cassidy, Tulip, and Jesse are trying to outrun a police car, another cop car enters the road in front of theirs with tires squealing. There are tire skid marks On the Road before the cop car enters, indicating previous takes of the same stunt.
Virtue of the Vicious - S1-E10
Revealing mistake: The first time we see the raid on the senator's room, 2 security guards are shot in the head. The blood spray from the second one emerges a fraction of a second before the gun fires. The second time the raid is played out, everything happens exactly the same way, but this time the spray matches the gunshot. (00:11:10)
Star Crossed - S1-E6
Revealing mistake: About twenty minutes into the episode, Tru sits down next to Jen. Jen says, "I saw you in line in the cafeteria." Tru, with her hands at her sides, says, "Tru." Jen says, "Jen," and raises her hand to shake, at which point Tru reciprocates. But how did Jen know that Tru was introducing herself? After all, pretty much nobody else is named Tru, so in context it would have sounded like Tru was saying, "True," as in, "True; you did see me in the cafeteria."
Revealing mistake: While the Seaview rocks violently back and forth from the concussion of the under water explosion, the pencils, folders, papers, etc., on the navigation table do not move.
The Illusion of the Lethal Playthings - S1-E20
Revealing mistake: The "remote control" model plane lands and sneaks through some bushes to spy on Blake. You can see the filament line pulling it. And the picture it sends the bad guys with its mini-camera not only zooms in (unlikely technology in 1973), it also delivers an unobstructed view when the plane is sitting in foliage that should block part of the shot. Revealing mistake: Watch the scene where Biyomon and Palmon are eating. A Pagumon passes, Biyomon turns her head and then has two beaks. Obviously a frame overlap.
Revealing mistake: When Zack and Cody are tied up by the secret spy, when Cody is texting Bailey "Help Me" with his toes, you can see that the Mobile has a black screen, and is turned off. And he was just hitting random buttons with his toes.

Revealing mistake: At the point where someone gets a small bruise on the upper arm, the crew are all in a pile and thrashing about on the floor. There are 5 pairs of legs instead of 4. Arthur is in his pajamas, Zaphod is in orange trousers, Trillion is lying on top of Ford and Ford is too far away for them to be his legs. [The fifth pair of legs belong to the person playing zaphod's third arm - doesn't mean it's not a mistake, but that's where they come from.]
Revealing mistake: When Pablo as the ping pong bandit takes Tyrone's paddle, Tyrone asks if he can play Pablo again so can get his paddle back. When Pablo walks into the frame, his skin clips out of his coat. This also happens when he does the "Bandit Slammit".
Revealing mistake: When Stemple and Jason argue on the porch, an electric light bulb is very apparent in the lantern beside the door. (00:41:00)
