Continuity mistake: When Will tackles Andrew, his shirt is lifted up exposing a blue undershirt that's tucked in, which is also behind his gun. There's two shots of this, but in the next shot, right before Will punches Andrew, we don't see the undershirt.

Continuity mistake: The little girl is barefoot in the opening scenes but when her feet are reflected on the oven door she has white socks on.
Continuity mistake: When Burke's partners arrive to question Mimsy Grove, she's facing away from them, bending over to untangle her boat's mooring line. But in the very next shot, she's immediately standing up straight and has turned around to face them. (00:38:15)
Continuity mistake: When Floris and Sindala ride out the gate by surprise, the cook's position (he was opening and closing the castle gate to let them through) is different when the camera changes.
Continuity mistake: When Colt Seavers is chasing the villains in the golf cart, the camera equipment on the back of the cart keeps disappearing and re-appearing.
Continuity mistake: When Whinfrey is at the railway station the weather changes from dry to wet.
Continuity mistake: This is supposed to be the Rangers' first mission and we see Jayden use the Fire-Smasher mode of his spin sword. Jayden didn't learn how to use that feature until the third episode of the series, which takes place after this mission.
Continuity mistake: While King's ranch hands are illegally gathering up the mustangs, Matt gets on the walkie talkie to tell others to go after the black stallion, then when two of the men on horseback chase the stallion the horses they're riding change during this scene - note the white facial markings and coat. Continuity mistake: When Buck goes to run out of the door of the factory, it's a solid door, with a bar-type handle. When the scene shifts to the outside, the door he runs out of leads directly inside, but the door has vent slats on the lower half, and the handle is completely different.
Continuity mistake: When Will Parry visits his grandparents, the grandmother is sitting on the sofa next to Will's grandfather. The grandmother's position keeps changing from sitting right next to him to being further apart.
The Gunman - S2-E12
Continuity mistake: The close up shot shows Nedra lowering her head onto White's chest. The next shot is a long shot of her lowering her head on his chest again.
End. Begin. All the Same. - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: When Rian and Mira are on the Spy glass, he understands she just invited him to Dreamfast. When she answers "Yes! I mean...if you wanted to?" his hair is suddenly all the way behind the sword's handle, when it wasn't in the shot before. (00:09:45)
Stego Search - S1-E7
Continuity mistake: Four people (a guy in a pink shirt, a girl in an orange dress, a guy in a blue shirt, and a girl in a denim skirt) stand up from a picnic blanket to go listen to a guitar player. However, in the next shot, the girl in the denim skirt and the guy in the blue shirt are replaced by a girl in a black dress and a guy in a green shirt, and they are never seen again.
Continuity mistake: As Jizzlord says, "so really, this is a good thing", he's holding the posters upright, facing Jen. Cut to a shot from the side and he's holding them horizontally, facing upwards.
The Man with the Umbrella - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: The umbrella shape on the wall changes in between scenes from wavy lines at the bottom to straight.
Continuity mistake: Onizuka is on his bike with Mizuki after she utterly murdered the sushi plate. He is still reminiscing about the sweet prime cut tuna while he is at the traffic lights. Several people cross the street; there is a family with a little kid, and a guy in a denim jacket. In the wide shot it's clear that the family is to the guy's left, but in the tighter angle the guy passes them by on the opposite side. (00:34:00)
Continuity mistake: Obi-Wan Kenobi exposes Haja Estree. He asks for his help. When he hastily says "Yeah I'll do it!" Kumail Nanjiani's right hand is curled in a loose fist or fully opened, back and forth as camera angles switch. (00:08:25)
Continuity mistake: His Shadow's ship, The Fore Shadow, begins to blast the Brunnen-G planet and the shots hit the surface causing massive instant damage seen and heard from space. Each hit charring the ground. When the camera cuts back to the planet a few shots later as the ship continues to fire, the destroyed areas of the planet from before have all moved around, with the giant char marks being inconsistent in where they landed. Continuity mistake: Rev Bem returns for this episode, however the costume department seems to have forgotten all the changes his character went through a couple seasons ago. His face is distinctly more Magog than it should be, and his hands have reverted back into clawed fingers.
