Continuity mistake: In episode 5, it was established that there is no road to the Jezequiel house. Robert and Max had to leave their car in the village and walk across the fields to the house. In this episode, however, Robert drives his car right up to the house with no problem.
Continuity mistake: Before and after the Beetle's battle armor is fried by May Parker activating the jet engine, the appearance and arrangement of the building in the background changes between shots.
Continuity mistake: When the kids in the chorus become possessed by the ghosts and run out of the room, Juniper is standing alone by the piano, still wearing the chorus robe. In the next shot, the chorus teacher is now standing next to her, and she is not wearing her robe.
Continuity mistake: When Chrissy and Lois are in the car before going into the meeting, the passenger side window is down, but not all the way. But in the next shot when Chrissy steps out, it's all the way down.
Continuity mistake: When Hayata confronts the monster that just grew to kaiju-like size, he strikes an entirely different pose (right arm forward pointing the gun, right arm back, forward and gun again) in the different shots. (00:19:30)
Continuity mistake: Deacon and Chris chase and locate their target who is hiding under a desk wearing a jacket over his shirt. The jacket is tight around him yet when Deacon shoots him with the taser, the jacket has opened fully, exposing his entire shoulder where he is hit by the taser.
Continuity mistake: When Marshall first finds Trip's letter, he holds it from the left side. In the close-up, he's holding it from the right side. (00:02:10)
Continuity mistake: After he's dragged behind the horse, MacKenzie's facial abrasions keep changing completely from one scene to the next. And one day later, they've miraculously healed enough to be covered by one little bandage.
The System - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: When Nicholas distracts Chuck the security guard with a phone call (terrible plan, since he tells him to search in a spot awfully close to the monitor he's supposed to be distracted from), he touches the papers next to the monitor and the pen in front of it, but when it cuts to him looking at the recording while Grant is working the safe, the objects are in the exact same position as before when he was looking at the money count. Continuity mistake: When Elizabeth starts weeping, her bodysuit is torn above her left breast with a single tear. Post-credits Meliodas asks her to join him; now that torn spot is split in two - the first time the bit of fabric that separates the two spaces was already severed. (00:17:40 - 00:22:30)
Coach Fussell's Lament - S2-E5
Continuity mistake: Chairface and Chrome Dome arrive at the Brianchild's house in the same car, but drive off in separate cars.
Continuity mistake: When Jack and MacGyver jump out of the window, after they land the fire extinguisher by MacGyver keeps changing position from in his arm to on the ground.
Polly Wants a Treasure - S1-E8
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Baloo and Kit walk through the Sea Duck's cargo area to try and find who they think is a stowaway, Baloo lifts a crate of fragile crystal glasses over his head. The crate rotates between shots, judging by its red "Fragile" stamp.
Reptiles in the Rose Garden - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: When the Levitation Beam is first seen, the telescope on top of it is blue, but when King Koopa says that he finally found a gift that makes Kootie Pie happy, it turns pink. In the same shot, King Koopa's black pupils turn white. (00:04:58)
Continuity mistake: When Jimmy is turned into The Mechanical Boy, he is wearing a jacket but when he arrives at the cave, it's gone.
You're Mine - S2-E8
Continuity mistake: After Eve kills Raymond, Villanelle tells her to take her shirt off. In a shot from behind, Villanelle puts her hand around Eve's back. Then it cuts to a shot beside them both, and both hands are in front of Eve.
Continuity mistake: Multiple times throughout the show, Kimber can be seen in quick shots with light pink hair (the same color as Jem's), when her hair color is actually a dark pink/red color. (02:00:00)
Continuity mistake: When Shaggy, Scooby and Scrappy have finished perming the lion's hair at the Coliseum, Scooby grabs Scrappy and sends the lion for a spin in his chair. In the next shot, the emperor says "Get off with the lion!" and he pulls a leaver releasing the trap door. But when we see saw the lion falling through the trap door, the barber's chair is nowhere to be seen.
Who Killed Wade Walker? - S1-E9
Continuity mistake: Burke's Rolls leaves a parking space in front of a restaurant with a distinctive peaked roof facade. After a lengthy conversation with Tim during a drive through L.A. streets (in one direction with no turns), the car is shown again pulling away from the same restaurant. (00:11:25)
Continuity mistake: When Dr. Zaius and the gorilla soldiers ride up to the crashed spaceship, his hair is mussed in the long shots and properly groomed and neat in the close ups.
