Warrior Eternal (1) - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: When Kung Lao and Shang Tsung are preparing to fight each other at the tournament, watch Shao Kahn. He gets up off his throne, then it cuts to wide shot and he's sitting down again. Then it shows him standing up again only to go back to sitting down a fraction of a second later. (00:03:40)

Carlos on Call - S1-E32

Continuity mistake: Throughout the series, the Rangers' morphing has been instantaneous. Anyone who has ever been in a photobooth will know that they take a good minute or so to get through all 4 photos (which is what Sophie picks up) - it has never taken Carlos, or any Ranger, that long to morph.

GTO: Great Teacher Onizuka picture

First, I'm a teacher - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: Onizuka is on his bike with Mizuki after she utterly murdered the sushi plate. He is still reminiscing about the sweet prime cut tuna while he is at the traffic lights. Several people cross the street; there is a family with a little kid, and a guy in a denim jacket. In the wide shot it's clear that the family is to the guy's left, but in the tighter angle the guy passes them by on the opposite side. (00:34:00)
