Revealing mistake: "Alan a Dale": Lady Mildred rides side-saddle. But when Gisburne gallops away with her, some shots reveal that the stunt woman riding the fast-moving horse is astride it full straddle. Her skirt is blown back just enough to see a brief glimpse of the stunt rider's real leg on the horse's right, and the fake pair of legs in side-saddle position on its left. Revealing mistake: If you look carefully when Neelix shoots the bins of water causing the water to rush out you can see a faucet opening on one of the bins.
Revealing mistake: When Bumblebee is knocked onto his side, Ratchet kneels down to shove him back onto his wheels. The only problem is that when Bumblebee drives away, the animators forgot to add Ratchet's leg (that was previously obscured) into the frame.
The Joker Goes to School (1) - S1-E15
Revealing mistake: Batman drives out of the batcave alone. The first bit of stock footage of the car leaving the cave does indeed show him alone in the batmobile. But the very next stock shot of the car speeding down the dirt road shows us Robin sitting in the passenger seat. (00:05:25)
Revealing mistake: It is strange that the news coverage at the beginning of this episode is able to cover the story from all angles in such rapid succession: from the helicopter straight to the ground, then even a close-up of the goon atop the crystal mount Diamondhead traps him on.
Revealing mistake: When Lazare shows up to talk to Will, we see that his left hand has been cut off. When Lazare is about to leave, he has his hands at his sides, and we can see that both arms are the same length, but the left one should be shorter, because it has no hand.
Revealing mistake: A recycled shot from an earlier episode causes Bob to enter the room wearing one costume and then suddenly be wearing another when he turns to begin his scene with Dresden and co. (00:11:50)

Revealing mistake: Two oarsmen (or rowers) in Ragnar's boat, the first in front of us and the second from the back, pretend to have an oar but have none. (00:38:35)
Revealing mistake: When morphing, a "Net" appears over the Rangers, which their Zeo powers then morph them over. Tommy and Tanya's nets don't match their bodies - for example, their shoulders aren't in the net, yet they disappear when their Ranger costume appears.
Revealing mistake: Reid's rear view mirror, missing in all the medium shots (processed in-studio with an obvious rear-screen projection), mysteriously reappears in full shot when his Chrysler pulls into the car shop. (00:14:00)
Revealing mistake: When Connor and Cameron are trying to save Derek Reese from the police truck, Cameron walks on the Jeep's hood to jump onto the police truck. During her walk, we can see that it isn't Cameron but a stunt double. She doesn't look like Cameron and is a bit taller. (00:33:05)
Revealing mistake: When Logan goes looking for Max at Jam Pony, as he starts talking to Normal there is a woman in a blue jacket with a black-and-yellow bike helmet walking behind him. She travels past the group and can be seen heading for the lockers behind OC and Sketchy. After Normal says, "I can't help you," the same woman walks behind Logan again, going the same direction. The Great Bank Robbery - S4-E6
Revealing mistake: The bandits lock Bo and Luke inside closed coffins and then leave. Bo and Luke begin "rocking" the coffins back and forth to tip them over so they can escape. However in the following shots, as Luke is rocking inside his closed coffin, the camera slips or shifts too much, and you can see the barns' interior at the sides of the screen, alongside some equipment.
Revealing mistake: As Delta Tango 19 takes off from the airport, there is a shot where it is actually landing. This can be seen from the fact that there is no runway behind them, as it is in front of them.
Virtue of the Vicious - S1-E10
Revealing mistake: The first time we see the raid on the senator's room, 2 security guards are shot in the head. The blood spray from the second one emerges a fraction of a second before the gun fires. The second time the raid is played out, everything happens exactly the same way, but this time the spray matches the gunshot. (00:11:10)
