Stupidity: Andor and Luthen set a vehicle to drive and distract the security team. The vehicle is destroyed, and they immediately round the corner in full view of the team on a speeder and drive away, then blow up the vehicle. They could have driven away on any number of other streets without revealing that they weren't in the vehicle, keeping their escape secret. And if they blew it up before the team looked too closely they might have even been deemed to have been killed in the crash. (00:32:19 - 00:32:43)
Continuity mistake: When Park Eun-hee is talking into a video camera there are some on-screen icons for the camera: zoom, battery level, etc. Initially there are two guide lines on the zoom level bar. When the view changes then switches back a few seconds later, there is only one guide line.
Continuity mistake: When Hayes passes Perry the laptop onboard the plane, the screen shows VLC media player on the screen. When we see Perry, the laptop is showing the desktop. (00:17:00)

Continuity mistake: Look at Alicent's hands when Lord Beesbury starts to object to the plan to usurp the throne from Rhaenyra. In the initial shot, her hands are on the table but not in the next. (00:06:40)
Visible crew/equipment: At the end, when Aunt Vi and Delilah return home, just as Miles walks into the house, the green T-mark is visible on the floor.
Visible crew/equipment: After Raines shares details with Kellett about Semien's crew, when it cuts to Semien waking everyone up, just as he announces his contact with Belgian Federal Police, there's a visible T-mark taped to the floor behind Andre's cot. (00:24:25)

Continuity mistake: During the fight scene near the end when Marie Antoinette tries to stab Mick he grabs her wrist, it keeps changing which wrist he is holding. When it shows from her point of view looking down he has her right, but from his point of view looking up he is holding her left.
Visible crew/equipment: When Joel and Ellie cross the bridge, you can see crew on the left, in the overhead long shot. This show is an HBO Original, and the mistake has been edited out in the current streaming version. (00:14:35)

Continuity mistake: When Polymar is hanging onto the iron fence, his left arm is wearing a white sleeve. However, in the next shot, it changes to red. (00:15:44)
Continuity mistake: When Kate goes to see the LARPers at the park to track down the trick arrows, her cross-body leather strap changes direction repeatedly. At first, it hangs from Kate's right shoulder to her left hip, but when Kate asks about the cop in their group, the strap hangs from her left shoulder. Then the leather strap reverts to the original way, only to switch yet again after the fist bump. None of the shots are flipped. (00:20:10)

Continuity mistake: When Josephine grabs Ezekiel by his poncho, she is wearing a black glove on her right arm, but when the scene cuts to Ezekiel when he says, "What business is it of yours?", the glove disappears, showing Josephine's arm bare, but in the next shot, she is wearing both gloves again. Visible crew/equipment: You can see the camera in the backseat as they pull into the gas station.
Continuity mistake: As Arlo Givens strikes Hunter Mosley with the hair clippers, the clippers are pointed upwards at first, but after the blows, they point downwards. (00:07:35)
Continuity mistake: When Billy says, "I'll try another one," in the side shot he selects a card and turns it to face Agatha, pinching it at the bottom. We cut to a front shot, and he's holding it by the sides with his fingers and thumb. (00:06:05)

Continuity mistake: When Leonardo cuts off April's collar, she asks what happened, but instead of it being Leonardo standing there with the sword, it's Donatello with the sword.
Visible crew/equipment: Throughout this episode, Steve Austin's astronaut helmet visor is reflecting the camera crew, camera equipment, and lighting equipment.
Katokutai shutsugeki seyo - S1-E4
Visible crew/equipment: When Neronga is shown destroying the power station, one specific shot shows Neronga roaring while tilting its head upwards. In the next shot, two metal wires can be seen being connected on top of the head, possibly used for the previous Neronga's roaring shot. (00:19:24)
