Continuity mistake: When Buttercup punches a hole in the wall to see her sisters are being lowered into lava, the hole's initially quite small. In the next shot, the hole is noticeably bigger.

Continuity mistake: At night, Seiya is startled by Marin's voice and looks at her. There's a table with wine and fruit to his right. A few seconds later, in another shot of the room, the table moved to the left. (00:12:40)

Revealing mistake: Walter accesses code on the sick girl's laptop to trace the source of the virus - aside from the fact that the code comes straight up a fraction of a second after his hands even touch the keyboard, the code displayed in the black window is for a set of traffic lights, with lines like "Walk/Dont_Walk" and "Green_Arrow/Yellow_Slow." Continuity mistake: When the X-Men are following Magneto to see Xavier, Cyclops is on the far left and Iceman is standing next to him. Once Magneto has opened a doorway to the room Xavier is in, Cyclops and Iceman have swapped places. (00:17:10)

Visible crew/equipment: At the end, when Aunt Vi and Delilah return home, just as Miles walks into the house, the green T-mark is visible on the floor.

Character mistake: There is a spelling error in the newspaper that Sakurako Sawatari is reading in one episode: the word, "admits" is spelled "adwits." (00:01:00)
