Continuity mistake: When Donna jumps off the bridge, it's into relatively shallow water under the bridge, and there is land very nearby (at both ends of the bridge). When the camera shows her in the morning, she is suddenly far out to sea in the ocean. (00:01:51 - 00:09:33)
Revealing mistake: When the protestors are standing on the college campus, some of the character designs are reused. For example, there are two bald men, as well as two blonde women who are identical but have different outfits. (00:00:18)

Continuity mistake: Marie and Dean Indira are talking outside at a table while eating, and Indira asks Maria to attend the fundraiser with her. During this scene, Indira's bangs are perfect the whole time. Except when Maria says yes that she will go, in the shot with Indira telling her to eat up, some of her hair from her bangs are hanging down, making a loop/line over her forehead. Then in the next shot, her bangs are perfect once more.
Continuity mistake: Right before Meliodas punches Hendrickson, Meliodas holds the dagger in his left hand, but it switches to his right hand in the next shot. (00:22:06)

Continuity mistake: Cassie is first seen talking to her dad; she is shown sitting in a green chair in her close-up. When the camera angle changes to a far shot showing her volcano, suddenly the green chair has vanished. It appears again in her close-ups. (00:00:05)

Continuity mistake: When Obi-Wan is handing Anakin's old lightsaber to Luke, he is handing it blade emitter end first. In the next shot, Luke is grabbing it and suddenly the bottom end of the handle is first into his hand. (00:00:31)
Part Seven: Dreams and Madness - S1-E7
Continuity mistake: At the trial meeting for Hera, when she is first seen, her arms are held in front of her, with her hands crossed and holding each other by her midsection. Then, in the next shot from behind, suddenly her arms are straight down by her sides. (00:02:10)
Other mistake: When Veemon, Armadimon and Hawkmon are about to rush in and save Gatomon, a previous frame of Hawkmon's beak stays on-screen. (00:16:15)
Continuity mistake: When Yugi falls out of bed, there is a shot of sunlight coming in through the window. There is a shadow on the right-hand side of the window frame. When the shot cuts, the shadow is a lot darker. (00:00:50)
