Soccer + Desi + Merchant + Titan - S4-E5
Other mistake: A spectator has a vuvuzela in his hand. This is a horn that emits a very loud monotone. It is common at soccer matches where he is. But what is he doing with it? He is looking through it as if it were a telescope. (00:32:05)
Tsuinzu gâdo - S1-E5
Other mistake: Van transfers the bunch of condiments from the cart to the table. Amongst said condiments, a big jar of "MASTARD." (00:07:00)
Continuity mistake: When Danny and Ward meet Joy in her new place, Ward says "who was it who said I was being childish?" Danny is in the background, holding the folder cover open with his left hand. Shot cuts as he speaks, and his hand's suddenly on the pages with the folder cover hanging down loose.
Swan Thong - S5-E15
Continuity mistake: During the fight scene near the end when Marie Antoinette tries to stab Mick he grabs her wrist, it keeps changing which wrist he is holding. When it shows from her point of view looking down he has her right, but from his point of view looking up he is holding her left.
Visible crew/equipment: At the end, when Aunt Vi and Delilah return home, just as Miles walks into the house, the green T-mark is visible on the floor.
Nightwing VS Daredevil (DC VS Marvel) - S5-E12
Continuity mistake: Nightwing and Daredevil square off against each other as the word fight appears on screen. In the next shot as they start to run at each other, they are suddenly further away. This is most notable by Daredevil as in the previous shot he was standing almost right on a line in the floor that was leading to some car part boxes. But in the shot of him running he's suddenly a few feet behind this line and not to it yet. (00:14:45)
Continuity mistake: In one shot (the one where the racist waitress slowly puts her hands on her hips), the sausage platter is turned differently than in the rest of the scene. The same mistake pops back later when father and son are confronted by the couple of white knights. (00:18:10)
Continuity mistake: When Ralph lifts Bill's car the first time, the blue license plate on the front bumper is gone, but when Ralph is amazed at the suit's power he lifts the car a second time, and the blue license plate is in its proper place on the bumper. (00:35:50)
The Cat Who Cried Wolf - S1-E7
Visible crew/equipment: Magnum gives chase to the person who escaped from the house with the dead body. The guy throws behind him an ironing board; when we get the following shot with the camera following Jay Hernandez, we can also spot the cameraman following Jay Hernandez, reflected in the mirror on the left side of the frame. (00:14:30)
Continuity mistake: Near the end of the episode when Nico is burning the photo of her father, she burns it at the top left corner in a close-up shot. Then in the following shot the photo is suddenly burning at the top right corner instead.
Continuity mistake: When we see the guy trying to open the coconut with his bayonet, his blade is either on top of the coconut or digging into the coconut depending on the shot. (00:21:20)
Factual error: In the scene, Floki walks towards a small waterfall today known as Kvernufoss. Floki is supposed to be the only inhabitant if not the entire Iceland, at least the region, as we are shown no sign of civilisation whatsoever, and as historical record tell us about Iceland in the early 800s (as the events of Vikings seem to take place). But a well beaten footpath is visible, leading to the waterfall at the end of the canyon. That path is an oft-travelled path tourists follow nowadays to reach Kvernufoss, a well-known site in the area. A path like that in Floki's time would simply not have existed (there is nothing in that canyon but that waterfall, no reason to go there if not for sightseeing) and represents a (tiny) intrusion of our modern world in a show set in the middle age Iceland. (00:37:42)
Episode #1.1 - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: An accessory on Lady Yun's dress is thrown on the ground toward Yu-jin. It is shown landing mere inches from Yu-jin, but around ten seconds after this, when Yu-jin begins to get on his knees, it is suddenly about a foot away from him. (00:14:50)
Character mistake: There is a spelling error in the newspaper that Sakurako Sawatari is reading in one episode: the word, "admits" is spelled "adwits." (00:01:00)
Young Kidaichi's Murder: File 1 - S2-E1
Other mistake: Kindaichi escapes handcuffing the detective to the toilet's chain. Try to think of the last time you went to a restroom and the chain was SO long that you could yank it across the whole room (not stall, room) and outside the door. Going behind the sink's drain, even. Never seen a toilet like this in my life (and in that kind of bathroom, you have usually buttons or pedals, anyway). (00:21:00)
Buttercrush / Fuzzy Logic - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: When Buttercup punches a hole in the wall to see her sisters are being lowered into lava, the hole's initially quite small. In the next shot, the hole is noticeably bigger.
Partners in Danger Chapter 5: Partners - S4-E5
Other mistake: When baby Silvermane is secured to the platform, his arms are long enough to reach inside the restraints. Considering he is physically a baby, the mistake is that the animators either goofed and drew him to be a little older, or that his arms are disproportionately long.
Lightning Phantom: Sparker Dale/Inaduma kaijin pikaderu - S1-E15
Continuity mistake: When Polymar is hanging onto the iron fence, his left arm is wearing a white sleeve. However, in the next shot, it changes to red. (00:15:44)
Single Point of Failure - S1-E2
Revealing mistake: Walter accesses code on the sick girl's laptop to trace the source of the virus - aside from the fact that the code comes straight up a fraction of a second after his hands even touch the keyboard, the code displayed in the black window is for a set of traffic lights, with lines like "Walk/Dont_Walk" and "Green_Arrow/Yellow_Slow." (00:08:10)
Nomad Droids - S4-E6
Continuity mistake: During the incinerator scene, there are two RA-7 protocol droids seen. When the first one attempts to run from the incinerator, the one behind it has vanished, only to reappear in the next scene. (00:20:24)
