Continuity mistake: After Yoda cuts a hole in one of the droid battle vehicles, and throws the droid out, the following scene returns to Asajj and the Toydarian king. When their backs are shown, Asajj is standing close beside the king, but in the very next shot (showing them from the front), she is obviously a few feet farther from him. (00:17:08)
Continuity mistake: When Agent Ward goes onto the aircraft to find Agent Fitz and Agent Simmons having an argument, Simmons put a cup of coffee on the desk. It vanishes from the desk a few seconds after she does this. (00:15:40)
Visible crew/equipment: During the final battle between Duncan and Luther, you can see a crew member holding a boom microphone pole standing on the stack of hay bales in one of the shots. (00:44:10)
Single Point of Failure - S1-E2
Revealing mistake: Walter accesses code on the sick girl's laptop to trace the source of the virus - aside from the fact that the code comes straight up a fraction of a second after his hands even touch the keyboard, the code displayed in the black window is for a set of traffic lights, with lines like "Walk/Dont_Walk" and "Green_Arrow/Yellow_Slow." Buttercrush / Fuzzy Logic - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: When Buttercup punches a hole in the wall to see her sisters are being lowered into lava, the hole's initially quite small. In the next shot, the hole is noticeably bigger.
Continuity mistake: When the paramedic examines Foggy he places the stethoscope around his neck with the chest piece hanging to his left, but when it cuts to the view from inside the ambulance the stethoscope's suddenly hanging around his neck the opposite way. (00:17:30)
Continuity mistake: When Pop shows Luke the photo of him, Luke takes it from him and holds it with his right hand, but in the next shot, he is suddenly holding the photo with both his right and his left hand. (00:24:35)
Character mistake: There is a spelling error in the newspaper that Sakurako Sawatari is reading in one episode: the word, "admits" is spelled "adwits." (00:01:00)
Heart of Archness: Part III - S3-E3
Continuity mistake: On the way to the helicopter, Archer stops the group to ask about the lacrosse game. Archer has the pirate held at gun point and the two are standing mere inches from each other, but when Archer says to Lana she is his only friend, the pirate is nowhere in sight.
Revealing mistake: When Iris is sitting in bed recording the message for Barry, she is holding her iPhone so that the start button is on the left side, but the "video record" button appears on the right. Additionally, her right hand covers the speaker area of the phone fully, including the front facing camera. It is impossible for Iris to be recording the video live and reveals that the video footage was recorded ahead of time. The illusion that the video is being recorded by Iris live is further ruined by the fact that the room lighting is turned off in the scene, but the recording is well lit. (00:02:55)
Factual error: On the map behind the colonel during the first scene, Iceland is labelled as being under Nazi control. This is incorrect, as the British were in control of the country during the whole of the war. (00:05:10)
Ashes, Ashes - S1-E6
Continuity mistake: Spoiler! At the end of the episode, after Elektra decapitates Alexandra, the blood pattern on her changes changes when she turns around and asks "any questions?" Most noticeably more blood on her forehead and two streaks down her chin that suddenly appear. (00:49:10)
Revealing mistake: When K.I.T.T turbo boosts near the end when chasing the 4x4 you can see the camera strapped to the side of the car. (00:42:35)
Continuity mistake: At the end, when Teddy and his friends get the directions to the Wizard's fortress, Prince Arin's hair is bright yellow as he shakes Wooly's hand. In the next shot it's back to his normal orange hair.
Shelter from the Storm - S3-E18
Continuity mistake: When Winn and Brainy hug, Winn starts the hug with one arm high and one lower, towards Brainy's waist. The shot cuts and both his arms are up and in the centre of his body.
Continuity mistake: When Danny and Ward meet Joy in her new place, Ward says "who was it who said I was being childish?" Danny is in the background, holding the folder cover open with his left hand. Shot cuts as he speaks, and his hand's suddenly on the pages with the folder cover hanging down loose.
Continuity mistake: Rick pulls up in a car to the right side of a helicopter, gets out, and gets in the helicopter. When the helicopter is shown taking off, there is no car next to it. (00:38:20)
Other mistake: Jamie, pretending to be Lisa, goes to the safe, and turns the dial with her bionic right hand, but the back and forth shots show her listening to the clicks with the same hand she dials with. (00:36:40)
Continuity mistake: Kai tosses the rock fragment next to the dagger, but in the following shot the distance between the two has increased dramatically. (00:31:50)
