Continuity mistake: As the plane is plummeting, the cockpit alternates between an open, oil-splattered state in the close-ups and a closed, clean configuration in the wide shots.
Continuity mistake: Steve Austin uses his foot to stop the speeding, out-of-control taxi. The scene shows his foot in soft sand and gravel trying to stop it, but when he stops the taxi, it is on a paved, asphalt road.
Revealing mistake: When the taxi goes over the cliff and explodes, it is an entirely different make, model, and year than the vehicle Steve and Susan escaped from.
Visible crew/equipment: When Steve uses his strength to upright a car on its side, the film crew and equipment are reflected in the chrome bumper of the car.
Visible crew/equipment: Throughout this episode, Steve Austin's astronaut helmet visor is reflecting the camera crew, camera equipment, and lighting equipment.

Continuity mistake: David throws a beam into the water where Steve is, but in the following shot, the beam has completely vanished.

Continuity mistake: Steve and Rudy's green parachutes abruptly change to white while they are still mid-air.
Revealing mistake: The two baddies run towards the truck: one jumps into the driver's seat, while the other runs around the vehicle towards the passenger side, where he later appears. However, if you watch the bottom of the truck, his legs and shadow can be seen running away from the vehicle, contradicting his subsequent position. (00:22:01)
Continuity mistake: When Steve jumps off his horse and tackles the man on the left, Steve's hat falls off—and so does the man's rifle. In the next shot, the hat is back on Steve's head and the rifle is back in the man's hands.
Revealing mistake: When Steve is hit with a dart in the back, the safety pad under the stuntman's shirt protrudes.
Continuity mistake: Steve breaks the windshield with his fist, but in the next shot it is perfectly intact again.
Continuity mistake: When Steve tries to remove the red dart from his back, it is positioned higher than in the previous shot.
Visible crew/equipment: When Steve exits the house, the director's tent, cameras, and a colorful umbrella are reflected in the window behind him.

Revealing mistake: When Steve swings a branch at the riders, and again when he jumps and kicks a man off his horse, he is replaced by a stunt double.
Continuity mistake: When Steve and Suzie ride together, he's wearing light grey boots. When her horse gets spooked, his footwear suddenly switches to flat shoes. And when he rescues Suzie, he's wearing light brown boots.
Continuity mistake: While racing against Suzie, Steve's horse has white stockings, but in the close-up, they suddenly appear black.
The Coward - S1-E12
Continuity mistake: Steve and the instructor jump out of the plane and toss a third parachute attached to a duffel bag. However, in the wide shot, a third man (legs are visible so it's not the duffel bag) suddenly appears out of nowhere.
Visible crew/equipment: As the crowd watches Steve run, a set light can be seen reflected in Ted's glasses.
Continuity mistake: While Oscar and Ted watch Steve run, they switch positions between shots.
The Last of the Fourth of Julys - S1-E10
Revealing mistake: On the island, when Steve pole-vaults, he is replaced by a much younger stuntman with longer hair. (00:19:33)
