Continuity mistake: On the island, Steve fires a grappling hook tied to a blue rope. In the close-up, however, the rope is brown. The shot was reused from a previous scene where Steve learns to throw the rope.
Revealing mistake: When Steve sends an African American man sliding down the snow, you can see the cable pulling him along.
Continuity mistake: When Steve steps outside the spacecraft, his helmet is red. In the very next shot, it appears white.
Continuity mistake: When Steve jumps over the dumpster, his black high-heeled boots switch to black sneakers.
Visible crew/equipment: When the taxi driver grabs the door, set lights are reflected on the cab's windows.
Continuity mistake: When the white pickup is about to hit Steve, an extreme close-up of the grille reveals it's a different model, with a different licence plate and a red emblem.
Continuity mistake: The white pickup's rear-view mirror disappears during the chase and is replaced by a black spot.
Continuity mistake: Steve grabs his hot dog and takes a big bite. Seconds later, the hot dog is whole again. Although it's a very short shot, the close angle makes the mistake visible.
Doomsday, and Counting - S1-E6
Factual error: When Zuchov returns to the USSR with Steve, the emblem on the wall actually belongs to the Deutsche Demokratische Republik (DDR), also known as East Germany, despite the sickle and hammer glued to it.
Revealing mistake: When the cab driver picks up the door that Steve ripped off, it's missing all the metal parts and the locking mechanism, revealing it to be a prop.

Visible crew/equipment: When Steve finally gets the plane moving, the boom mic is reflected in the cockpit glass behind him.
Continuity mistake: After the henchmen blow out the tire, it appears reinflated in the next shot when the car starts skidding. It is better noticed when Steve overturns the car.

Continuity mistake: Steve throws a log and drives it into the ground. In the next shot, check the smooth bark and the polished top part, and you'll notice that the log is different.

Revealing mistake: When Oskar speaks on the phone, the scenery outside the window has creases, revealing that it's a painted backdrop.

Visible crew/equipment: A large white lighting screen is reflected in the plane's windshield, as well as set lights that are reflected on its side.
Revealing mistake: Before Sloan jumps to his death, he is replaced by a stunt double with a different hairstyle and darker colour.
Revealing mistake: The girder Steve uses to kill Sloan bends, wobbles, and bounces, revealing that it is made of rubber.
