Continuity mistake: "Rock and Roll All Nite" by Kiss is missing the guitar solo from Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock.
Suggested correction: When Kiss recorded the song and released it for the first time, there was no solo to the song. Listen to the version from Dressed to Kill (1975).

Continuity mistake: In many interior places in the mansion heavy wind, rain or thunder/lightning can he heard on a continuous loop however when the player ventures to exterior locations in the mansion there is dead silence (to a point were only crickets can often be heard). This only applies to the 2002 RE remake to my knowledge.
Continuity mistake: Some of the missions - unintentionally - let Tanner switch cars if the player is quick enough (by stopping at red lights and swiftly jumping into another stationary vehicle, for example) and leave the default vehicle behind. Still, in the following CG cutscene, it's always the default/generic car that can be seen.

After speaking with Eusine, you can see that Silver (your rival) is in the middle of the tower, waiting for you. However, instead of speaking with him, leave the tower, and continue the game until you reach Olivine City. When you arrive, Silver will come out from a gym, speak with you and then go away. However, if you return to the Burned Tower, you can see that Silver is still there, which means he was at two places at once.
Continuity mistake: When visiting Raxus Prime for the first time, two ships from The Rebel Alliance are visible, in spite of said Alliance having not yet been formed. To view these ships, after blowing a hole in the hyperdrive engine, walk past said hole and up onto the ledge, look at the acid and you should see a light coming from the liquid quite close to the ledge, use force grab and lift, you may need to move away a little, the thing you're lifting is an X-wing Fighter. The second ship can be seen from the aforementioned ledge too, look at the floating debris in the background and you should see a large grey and white ship with a curved hull. This ship is a transport ship as seen during the Rebels' escape from Hoth in The Empire Strikes Back.
Continuity mistake: Among the items necessary for Guybrush's escape in the first chapter is the fake pirate hook worn by Wally, which the latter discards after realizing he could never be a vicious pirate. But after Guybrush blows up LeChuck's ship and puts the cursed ring on Elaine's finger, Wally suddenly pops up still wearing the hook on his hand.

Continuity mistake: In every single cut scene, even if your weapon is different, or if you have a different color set for the weapon, the weapons the characters are holding will become the original ones they were holding in the beginning of the game. The colors they are have absolutely nothing to do with you or the story picking them.
