Continuity mistake: During the events of 'City of Ashes', you can sleep a little in the survivors' headquarters on a designated bed, that triggers a short, surreal nightmare-sequence. Now, if you use your guns or explosives within the dream, the ammo loss will be present even after your character wakes up - it makes no sense.
Continuity mistake: Prologue: The lipstick Padme drops in the opening clip vanishes as the level starts.
Continuity mistake: During the intro clip, one shot shows Tony inside his suit with blonde hair. Later on during the intro clip for the "Sand Central Station" level, he is shown inside his suit with brown hair.
Continuity mistake: If you travel to a planet other than Earth, then replay the second mission on Earth, your character says they need to obtain a warp drive, while they are actually flying through a warp.
Continuity mistake: When you start a new game after completing the storyline the first time, Nick begins the game wearing the outfit he last had on in your old game. During the cut scene with the plane crash, he'll be wearing his original mechanic's outfit, and after the cut scene, he goes back to the previous outfit.
Continuity mistake: During the opening cutscene of the level "After the Ark," Toht is shown inside the Ark truck. In the level, he's driving the Staff Car.
Continuity mistake: When you find Gordon in the mall he's wearing his jacket. When you rescue him just after your final fight with The Arkham Knight he's not. Then he's got it back later at the asylum.
Continuity mistake: Repossession: Franklin and Lamar must chase down a man who stole their bike in their car. One of the ways they can stop this man is by running him over with the car. Once Franklin goes back for the bike, the body of the man is nowhere in sight. This only applies as long as the thief had been run over with the car.
Continuity mistake: Episode 1: Night of the Mutants - In the sewer, Sketch has to defeat Stigril. After doing that he then climbs down the comic strip and lands in another part of the sewer, where there are two barrels set on fire. Destroy these and leap to the next part of the comic. Visible to the left hand side of the image, is a skeleton. As Sketch leaps over the next part of the comic, the skeleton vanishes from shot.
Continuity mistake: In the opening cutscene, when the mechanical bird, Mathew, shows a projection video display, it is in full color. But any other time during actual game play and cut scenes, the projection from Mathew is a grainy black and white.
Continuity mistake: Owen's tombstone is in the graveyard from the start of the game, preceding his death by a few days.
Continuity mistake: At the end of the game in the cutscene where the black hole is created, the Comet Observatory is being destroyed by the black hole but 5 seconds later when Luma pops out of Mario/Luigi's hat, the Observatory is completely intact.
Continuity mistake: In this game, or in "Lego Star Wars," after Obi-Wan amputates Anakin, he doesn't get burned by the lava, even by the time Palpatine shows up. When at the medical chamber right before his helmet is put on, he's suddenly burned, and even pale (despite the helmet having not even been put on yet).
Continuity mistake: When Desmond is writing in his journal (for example while sailing to the Americas) he constantly keeps changing from being right- to left-handed and back again.
Continuity mistake: After completing the Abysmal Armor and then beating the game in one play through, you can start a new game but choose to start off with the Abysmal Armor on from the start now. However, while you are wearing the Armor in regular game play, as soon as the game starts any cut scenes War will still look normal in his regular attire, the Abysmal Armor vanishing until game play resumes.
Continuity mistake: In the opening cut scene, a young Albert Wily is holding the prototype Double Gear system comfortably in one hand, showing its size. Years later at the start of the game when Dr. Light is holding the repaired prototype in his hand, it's noticeably bigger. About twice as big as he holds it in both hands.
Continuity mistake: In the Archives video unlocked from the tasks in The Entity category, the narrator walks to book shelf and slides his hand down across to find a book is missing. Two books over to the left is a bright red book, a green book, and a pinkish red book. When the angle cuts to a lower distance view, suddenly these different colored books are gone. (00:00:32)
Continuity mistake: The game begins and ends in the same room, with the sleeping princess Zelda. There is a difference though: in the beginning she is on a bed sided by 2 braziers, which are gone in the ending - that's because they are an addition for the NES version. The 'in-game' version of the room was extended with columns all the way, and added those braziers. The ending loads the original Famicom Disk System version of the room, without them.
Continuity mistake: The game has a regular day cycle shifting from night to day and back over a length of time. If you go into some buildings like Quarantine Zones, for example, the Stuffed Turtle mission, the windows on the inside of the building will always show daylight shining through. Even if you go into the Quarantine Zone mission while it's night outside.
Continuity mistake: In the finale of the KOF94 section, Rugal Bernstein's cybernetic eye switches from right to left between cinematic drawn cutscene and in-world ones.
