Continuity mistake: In the baggage racks with the security officer watching over it, there is a machine at the top with two rubber cylinders that hit the baggage to one side or the other. In the close up, these cylinders are brown. But in the distance when you go into the room further away, they become the same metal silver color as the machine that houses them.
Continuity mistake: The family tree Kay and Griffin retrieve from the armory expedition is already visible in the hall of before the mission.
Continuity mistake: Athena's sprite in the game has large buddhist-style praying beds (6 visible under her top's collar). In the artwork during the ending, the praying beads are much thinner (7 visible just in her 3/4 view).
Continuity mistake: In the post-credit photo montage, Heidern (without his uniform) wears the eyepatch on the right eye, but his various character portraits in the selection screen, victory screen and ending show him with the eyepatch on the left eye. (in later instalments of the series he is predominantly shown with the right eye missing, actually).
Continuity mistake: There are posters in the player's office featuring the Rockstars (including Lefty) before they are even introduced to the pizzeria.
Continuity mistake: Escaping the Prison: At the start, click "File," then click "Cell Door." Henry uses the file to cut out a piece of one of the jail bars. However, the piece he takes out is a lot longer than what he actually cut. Additionally, if you click the JetPack option later on, when Henry flies back into his cell, the cut-out piece has been put back into the door, and it is the proper length that it should have been when Henry took it out.
Continuity mistake: During the first case, when Mr. Sawhit has the first of the series' patented witness breakdowns, he angrily tosses his toupee at Phoenix. However, in the courtroom shot from behind, he still has a full head of hair.
Continuity mistake: During the Ornstein and Smough boss fight if you kill Smough first you see a cutscene of him falling dead onto his back, Ornstein then places his hand on Smough and absorbs his power. When this happens you can see that Smough has been flipped over onto his front and Ornstein is actually resting his hand on his back - note Smough's armour.
Continuity mistake: There's always nighttime in the Central Park, even if the player visits it during daytime.
Continuity mistake: When the girls go find Megan crying after the first traumatic office encounter with Brigitte, her toenails are a natural pink. Moments later in the break room (and the rest of the game) they have the same black varnish as her fingernails.
Continuity mistake: At the end of dinner, Jessica is busy texting; in front of her there are still plates and towels in close-up but in the wide shots of the room the table she is sitting at is clean already.
Continuity mistake: In the intro of the game, Archie Wister talks to a young prison officer. The radio on the breast pocket of the officer changes size and details between shots, together with other details of the uniform like a nametag.
Continuity mistake: In the flashback of Jade and her husband having an argument because of his infidelity, the painting behind Stephen has a broken glass before Jade throws the object that damages it.
Continuity mistake: The carving boss during the cutshot, where the dragon lands on the ice carver, is always depicted as a male, even if they are female.
Continuity mistake: When the player builds the town hall, the keep, and the castle, the background always appears as a flat land in the summer, even if it is not.
Continuity mistake: After the fight with Electro Spider-Man's costume is suddenly torn up whereas during the fight it wasn't.
Continuity mistake: Here it's Prof Crane who accidentally scars Harvey Dent. Yet in the City, courtesy of Two-Face's interview tapes, he says it was Carmine Falcone who scarred him.
Continuity mistake: In the Forest, Higgens' tower is darker on the left side, indicating the light source or the sun is shining on it from the right. Yet the trees around it and Sarah Hanes' grave that is right next to the tower have their shadows on the right side, as if the sun is shining from the left.
Continuity mistake: After passing out drunk, Arthur wakes up on the floor with a beer bottle on the ground next to him. In the cut scene, he stands up and the bottle is still on the ground as he's standing. Then in the next shot, he looks at his hand and now the bottle is in his hand.
Continuity mistake: In the opening cinematic, Ash is dressed up and just fine, with no damage to his clothing and a complete blue shirt on. During that scene, he shoots one enemy with his shotgun and then goes outside before gameplay starts. Now suddenly Ash's shirt is all ripped to shreds, with parts of his chest showing and a sleeve fully missing. However, he hasn't done anything yet that would cause his clothing to be damaged. He shoots one guy and walks outside.
