Continuity mistake: Intro Mission 1: During the opening cinematic, Ben is in his space suit and daydreaming about how they got there. When Reed speaks to him to snap him out of it, he is facing out of the air lock. You can see a reflection of the space station parts on his visor. But when the camera angle cuts to his back, what is in front of him is nothing like what is reflected on his visor.
Continuity mistake: In the original Xbox version, after retrieving Jagger Valance's package and giving it to him, he tells you how to escape from Butcher Bay. After he does, kill him. Later in the game, after making it to the Space Port, a ship will be there waiting. When entering the ship, Jagger Valance will be there attempting to open the door to the cockpit.
Continuity mistake: Spy: Despite them appearing brown in the player model, a BLU Spy will have white cigarettes in his Disguise Kit.
Continuity mistake: Kaiser-Friedrich Museum: At the door way of the first checkpoint, if you turn around and look at the wall next to the window standing more towards the wall on the left, you see light on the wall in a small spot that is in front of you by the other doorway. If you move Karl over just a little bit to the right, the light disappears on the wall. And it is not Karl blocking the light.
Continuity mistake: In the opening cutscene, The American is walking up looking around and finds a machine gun on the ground. His eyes are blue here. But a few shots later when he is on the tank and looks up, his eyes are green.
Continuity mistake: Smithers is shown in Bart's Nightmare with green hair, instead of the grey hair he is usually seen with in the show.
Continuity mistake: Max takes a photo of herself at the start of episode one. When she uses this photo to time-travel in episode five, if you pay attention, it's slightly different than the original photo.
Continuity mistake: There are some minor inconsistencies between the original game and this prequel regarding Chloe's time at Blackwell Academy. In the original game, Chloe's dialog during episode three suggests she's never been in principal Wells' office, but in this prequel, Chloe is seen visiting the office. Additionally, this game, which is set in 2010, shows Chloe being expelled. But documentation in the original game indicated she was expelled in 2011.
Continuity mistake: Sometime after Kara kills Todd and runs away with Alice, she is cutting off some of her hair. Later in the game, it's revealed that an android's physical appearance, from clothes to skin color and even hair is a holographic image, so there's no way Kara would have been able to cut her hair.
Suggested correction: The outer appearance isn't a hologram, but a fluid-like substance that moulds to the desired appearance. It is possible to remove some of this fluid, such as by cutting the hair.
Continuity mistake: At the end of the Crossroads level you are at a corner building. During the battle a tank comes and shoots at the building in which you exit the building through a doorway that had planks boarded to it. During the ending cutscene you are in the building again and in the background you can see the doorway with planks boarded to it.
Continuity mistake: When Anderson is talking to Pops, Anderson says 'Colonel'. Pop's rank is a 2nd Lt, and Razgriz/Wardog Squadron is only Captains. in fact, the only Colonel in the game is Perrault, the Base Commander on Sand Island.
Continuity mistake: When going into any level where you play as Coco, we see Crash going into the teleporter, but why would Coco be there when the level begins, as we never saw her stepping into the teleporter.
Continuity mistake: During your time playing as Steve, you can use all the ammunition in the submachine guns, but in the following cut scene where Steve kills the zombie of his father, he can fire the submachine guns regardless.
Continuity mistake: In every cutscene the weapons changes, for example in some scenes you may be carrying a Thompson SMG, but in the cutscene, you'll hold the Nickel Plated Colt .45.
Continuity mistake: If you summon handcuffs and attach them to a vending machine, equip them to yourself, and then try to put them inside the vending machine, the vending machine will disappear.
Continuity mistake: Fellowship Of The Ring, Level 3: Weathertop - Frodo wakes up and puts out the camp fire (There is no source of light in the wide shot so it's certainly put out). But in the next shot of the hobbits, the camp fire is lit again.
Continuity mistake: Enter the Bikini Bottom: Restaurant District through Downtown Bikini Bottom. If you start to walk you will see an eel circling the ground. Then if you walk over to the Snack Bar, you can see the place the eel was circling, but you can't see the eel at all.
Continuity mistake: During the game's cutscenes, (most noticeable in the Wild West sections) the textures for a character's shirt, pants, face, hat, etc. change a lot. For example if you win the second chess match, when the outlaw (who normally wears black) is punted out of the teepee, in the scenes that follow, he does not look like himself at all, until the scene where he is thrown in jail, he is wearing the correct clothing then.
Continuity mistake: During cut-scenes, Snake will typically be seen using the M4 given to him by Drebin, however, the gun will always be shown without any modifications regardless of whether the player has modified the weapon before the cut scene.
Continuity mistake: In the opening scene of Level 10 (Sanchez' fortress), Sanchez tosses a stone after his lieutenant Pedro, which lands in front of the barracks under the water tower. Later on, in Sanchez' tutorial (Level 14), however, Sanchez finds the same stone - he recognizes it - right in front of his fortress' gate.
