Continuity mistake: During the first cutscene of Phoenix Fire you can notice that the gun 007 takes is a Walther P2K, but when you start playing the game it is a different gun.
Continuity mistake: During the Sanctum Cay mission there is a cinematic were you hand the Scepter of Orr to Vizier Khilbron. However, before this, the vizier can be seen already holding the scepter.
Continuity mistake: At the end of this game, Trogdor announces that he's invincible, and demonstrates that he is at least immune to swords; but in the actual game "Trogdor" he is easily killed with a sword.
Continuity mistake: After knocking Ganondorf down the horse in the final battle in Hyrule Castle, his sword is still in his hand. However, when he talks to Link immediately afterwards, it's suddenly in the sheath and he pulls it out.
Continuity mistake: At the end of episode five, Luke has had his hand cut off by Darth Vader. When he falls into the Millennium Falcon, if you look very closely, he still has both of his hands. In the next scene, his hand is gone again.
Continuity mistake: When you use the Predator's vocal mimicry ability the Predator says lines from cutscenes you haven't seen yet as well as lines from scenes in which the Predator wasn't present to record them.
Continuity mistake: In the FMV when Sephiroth kills Aerith, you can see her pink ribbon fall off. But after the FMV is over, it reappears.
Continuity mistake: While playing on any level in Campaign mode, you may have one gun equipped, but a cut scene will always start with you holding an assault rifle.
Continuity mistake: In the European version of the game, after beating the Normal Campaign, you can go to the Battle Maps shop and purchase Black Hole CO Zak, however when Hachi asks you to confirm the purchase, he is called Koal, not Zak. This is the US name, which they forgot to change.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where the Prince (wraith) jumps across the gap in the clock tower he gets knocked out by a Brute, but when the real Prince jumps the same gap, the Brute smashes through a wall even though he was already out of the wall when the wraith was knocked out.
Continuity mistake: Mob Rules: When Martin runs into the road and tells Ned to stop his car, there are two white lines across the road in front of the car. After Martin drives off, the two white lines across the road have suddenly vanished.
Continuity mistake: Near the end of the Claire A scenario, when Leon is encountered on the security monitor, his uniform isn't bandaged as a result of the gunshot wound he sustained from Annette.
Continuity mistake: Delfino Plaza: Most stages in this game are based off areas in other games but shrunk to a manageable scale. In Delfino Plaza, the buildings and everything are scale to Delfino Plaza in Mario Sunshine. But the tower with the large Shine Sprite has an error. In the Sunshine game, the big Shine Sprite is spherical like a ball with the extensions on it. But that same Shine Sprite in Brawl is more M&M shaped. A difference in shape not just size.
Continuity mistake: When given to the guy running around Hyrule Field, the Rabbit Hood mask gives said guy super human speed when running on foot. Yet it gives nobody else such speed, not even Link who can wear it at any time.
Continuity mistake: In the game's opening scene, MegaMan has blue hair. In the end scene, his hair is shown as black.
Continuity mistake: At the end of the second level (Scotland The Brave) Cortez picks up a photograph of Crow and Khallos. In the next level (The Russian Connection) you see the picture being taken, and Crow and Khallos have switched places.
Continuity mistake: In the last cut scene for the battle on the bridge, there is a shot where Indy, Willie, Short Round and Mola Ram are hanging on for dear life. There is another scene and after that Willie and Short Round are gone from the shot when they should be in it.
Continuity mistake: When leaving Parm in the beginning of the game to travel to Java in Leck mines the number of carts on the train in the stations is three but when going through the city it's one and then three again at the Leck mines.
Continuity mistake: Before you begin level 2 a cutscene shows the SFOD-D troops boarding the helicopter with you, they are all carrying G2A2 assault rifles. However when you actually start level 2 the SFOD-D troops now all carry RPL SMGs instead.
Continuity mistake: When Tidus is teaching Yuna how to whistle and says "Put your fingers in your mouth like this," he talks as if he has his fingers already in his mouth for the entire line when he doesn't actually have them in his mouth until he says the last two words.
