Easter egg: Go to Scene Selection. Highlight scene 15. Hit the back button once. A wine bottle will appear. Hit enter and you will see a montage of behind the scenes photos.
Easter egg: There are 3 Easter Eggs on this DVD. 1 - go to Special Features, highlight Scene 44, then click the Right arrow key where a blood splat will appear. When you click on it, a short, funny interview with Ed Harris will play where he tells of all the groups that will enjoy watching this film. 2 - go to Special Features, click on Acts of Violence, then highlight Act 1 - Random. Then click the right arrow key where a birthday candle will appear. If you click on it, a short video will play where the cast wishes Viggo Mortensen a Happy Birthday. 3 - go to Special Features, click on Acts of Violence, then highlight Act 1 - Random. Then click the left arrow key where a fish will be highlighted. If you click on it, a short video will play of Viggo Mortensen joking around with a plastic fish (related to an inside joke on the set called Fish Friday).
Easter egg: On the Bonus Features DVD, disc 2, on the main menu just under "The Show," there is a small curly square of decoration that illuminates when you click it. It shows the trailer of the film.
Easter egg: Go to the Bonus Features menu and scroll down to DVD-ROM. If you click LEFT, a football icon should be highlighted. Press ENTER to view a special thanks featurette from director Peter Berg.
Easter egg: When accessing the directors' commentary, press right and you will find a 2nd commentary by different people.
Easter egg: On the first page of the "special features" menu, you will notice a blank space in the middle between "more" and "main menu" on the very bottom of the page. If you got to the main menu button and then go once to the left, a series of numbers like the ones Ben Kingsley draws in the movie will appear where that blank space is. If you select it, it is a short interview with a Taoist master about the "third eye" principle.
Easter egg: On the second disc of the Double Disc edition of the DVD there is a Special Features menu listing about eight programs. If you press left from any of these the cursor moves onto a hidden box, giving you about eight more features to watch.
Easter egg: 1. Navigate to the Special Features section on the DVD. 2. Use your arrow keys to select "Heaven Help Us." 3. Once "Heaven Help Us" is selected, press your right arrow key to select a blue Jesus link to take you to an unaired trailer for "Saved!" featuring Michael Stipe.

From the Special Features menu, use the down arrow to highlight the "Gag Reel." Hit the right arrow once and three X's will appear. Hit enter and a full version of the original sex education film "Parent to Child About Sex by The Film Library Department of Human Resources" will play.
