Continuity mistake: In the bathroom, Lisa can't stand the Roofi CD being played so she pulls the plug out of the plug socket to stop the radio playing. In the next shot, the plug has disappeared from the radio. (00:02:15)

Continuity mistake: When Howard and Crawford are transported to Trojan, two of the three teleporter doors are open. When Crawford goes through the teleporter, one of the three doors close. Yet when Cat puts the resentment file into Crawford's neck, she starts shooting at everything including the teleporters, and now all the doors are open. (00:23:00 - 00:26:30)

Revealing mistake: Crawford goes through the teleport to transport herself to the Space Station. But in the next shot, Crawford can be seen quickly leaving the shot as if she's still there. (00:23:05)

Other mistake: When Hayley is chasing Steve and his friends in her car, after Steve gets on the bus, Hayley turns around a corner to follow it. When this happens, the license plate on Hayley's car has nothing written on it.

Deliberate mistake: When Julien is about to pull the switch to turn the power off in the Monte Carlo casino, the sign above the switch says "LE POWER." Monte Carlo is in Monaco, where the language is French, so the sign should be in French. Obviously "THE" is in French as "LE." But "POWER" is not in French. The sign should have said "LE POUVOIR."
