However, a few scenes later, at the U.S.D.A meeting, many of the people who were present at the Copa-Banana and threw out are present at the meeting and are not dead. (00:24:35 - 00:26:50)

Other mistake: When Cheasel is about to be trapped by the wrecking ball, he is shown with his head and neck visibly extended whilst the ball is shown placed over his back.
