Continuity mistake: Uncle Ghost throws a headstone at Ricky which he catches by punching two holes straight through the middle of and letting the headstone rest on his arms while he keeps his arms raised. In the first shot, both of Ricky's arms are level with each other, but in the next shot, his left arm is suddenly higher up than the right arm. (00:21:45)

Visible crew/equipment: When Uncle Ghost is throwing headstones at Ricky for him to break, there is a shot of Ricky showing him breaking a headstone by letting it hit him the chest. Here, the hand of a crew member can be seen briefly entering the shot throwing the headstone at him. (00:21:36)

Revealing mistake: Uncle Ghost sets a headstone in front of Ricky and tells him to break it with his energy. He breaks a small corner on the headstone with his hand to demonstrate, however it can be noticed that there are visible cut marks on the corner that he breaks off before doing so, revealing that the corner had already been cut off and reapplied to make it easier for Uncle Ghost to chop it off. It can be noticed that the man is just holding the train in his hand whilst falling and drops it when he lands on the ground to make it appear as if it fell out of his clothing. Continuity mistake: When the two prison guards discover that there is metal inside Ricky's chest, they begin pushing him over to the X-ray machine. The guard holding a baton is shown pushing the bottom of the baton against Ricky's upper back, but in the next shot, he's suddenly pressing the entirety of the baton against Ricky's back. (00:05:39)

Continuity mistake: When Ricky is being inspected for metal by the two prison guards, he opens his shirt so to reveal his chest. His right nipple (or left from the viewer's POV) is exposed, but in a close-up shot of his chest, the nipple is suddenly covered by his shirt. (00:05:28)

Visible crew/equipment: Just after the police bus pulls over inside the prison, the camera moves forwards towards the side of the bus towards the front whilst one of the guards goes to open the bus door. Continuity mistake: When the infected Yon-suk turns into a zombie, he begins walking up to the surviving passengers and Seok-woo puts his hands out to try and stop him. On the side of the train is the K-RAIL logo. In one shot, Seok-woo and Yon-suk are standing beside the edge of the logo. Then in the next shot, the two are suddenly fighting towards the centre of the logo, and in the shot after that, they are fighting away from the logo. (01:42:21)

Continuity mistake: When Seok-woo, Su-an and Seong-kyeong have escaped East Daegu Station, just after Seok-woo climbs back onto the train after kicking the zombies off, Seong-kyeong is shown hugging Su-an, holding her hair with her left hand. When the shot cuts, Seong-kyeong is suddenly touching Su-an's upper back. (01:40:20)

There is a light shown on the back of the train located a foot away from his head. The camera cuts then to an angle closer to him and his head is suddenly much closer to the light. (01:46:31)
