Stupidity: Just after Ricky has beaten up Tarzan, the warden has the ceiling of the cell Ricky is trapped in lowered in an attempt to crush him. However, earlier in the scene, Tarzan made a huge hole in the wall of the cell to get into it. The hole in the wall is even visible in the background when the ceiling begins to lower. Ricky could have simply run out of the hole in the wall to get out, rather than try to hold the ceiling up with his bare hands. (01:02:48)

Revealing mistake: When Ricky punches Tarzan's jaw, in the shot where Ricky's fist goes through the bottom of Tarzan's jaw and up through his mouth, Tarzan has been replaced with a dummy. (01:02:20)

He then feels a pain in his foot. A close-up shot of his foot is then shown where it is revealed the warden's son is standing right next to him and has stood on his foot. The warden's son should have been visible in the previous shot when he first stepped on the assistant warden's foot as several feet are shown on both sides of the assistant warden, but was not visible at all. Continuity mistake: When the warden's car pulls over at the prison, the car stops where the back right hand side tyre is positioned a foot or two away from the red carpet. In a close-up shot of the warden getting out, the car is suddenly much closer to the red carpet. (00:56:17)

Hai then stands up, and he and Ricky are suddenly meters apart. Ricky cannot be seen on-screen, but a couple meters of ground can be seen in front of Hai, so the distance between the two has changed.
