Other mistake: As Syrus is thinking about the next card he'll draw, just as he says "All our hopes of becoming the best, everything we've ever dreamed about..." he has a flashback that shows him and Jaden sitting at their desk with dueling cards in their hand, cards on their desk, and Chumley sitting on his bunk in the background. On the desk is the Elemental Hero Sparkman card, but it is shaded in a dark orange color. Elemental Hero Sparkman, however, has no special effects or abilities and monsters that have no effects are always shaded in bright yellow, not dark orange. (00:07:25)

Other mistake: All monsters in the series with effects are shown to be shaded in a dark orange color and all of the monsters with no effects whatsoever are shown to be shaded in a bright yellow color. Yet Dox's Defense Wall card is shown to be shaded in a bright yellow color (which implies that it is a monster with no effect), despite the fact that Defense Wall has the ability to be the only monster an opponent can attack whilst in defense position. Continuity mistake: Jaden fuses together Elemental Hero Burstinatrix and Elemental Hero Clayman to summon on out to the field Elemental Hero Rampart Blaster. As the monster's being summoned to the field, Jaden calls out the name and says "Beat that." As he says this, he extends his arm and the finger that is shown to be pointing is pointing slightly downwards. In the next shot, as Elemental Hero Rampart Blaster appears on the field, his finger is suddenly perfectly level with the rest of his arm. (00:15:40)

Continuity mistake: After Para has set a face down after having Gate Guardian attack Steam Gyroid, Jaden draws Polymerization from his deck. From the angle in front of Jaden, he has two fingers pushed on the back of the card. Yet from a close-up of Polymerization, it is now only one finger that is placed around the back of the card. Continuity mistake: When Crowler introduces the Paradox brothers, the brothers are shown to be doing some flipping as they come on to the field. When they stop and kneel, the brothers are shown to be standing beside each other. In the next shot, as they begin to stand up, Para is suddenly standing slightly in front of Dox. (00:05:15)

Continuity mistake: After Para has drawn Sanga of the Thunder, the shot cuts to a reverse angle panning around Jaden and Syrus where Jaden says "You've got to be kidding me. Another level 7 monster?" Near the end of this shot, Para places the Sanga of the Thunder card into the cards already in his hand. Next shot, he places the same card into the exact same cards in his hand a second time. Continuity mistake: After Jaden has drew Polymerization from his deck, the shot changes to show which cards he has in his hand. The cards are Skyscraper, Elemental Hero Avian, Spark Blaster, Elemental Hero Sparkman and Elemental Hero Clayman. In this shot, each card, from left to right, are placed with the following card slightly on top of each other. After Jaden takes out Elemental Hero Clayman, the shot changes to a shot from in front of Jaden, only now the cards from left to right in his hand, are now placed slightly below each other. Continuity mistake: When Chumley tells Jaden someone eats their grilled cheese if they go, Syrus raises his Power Bond card to have a look at it. When he raises the card, part of his thumb is shown to be covering up the right hand corner of the rectangular bar in the green portion of the card, but by the next shot, in a close-up of the card, the right hand corner of the rectangular bar is suddenly uncovered and visible. He is shown taking out the card with two of his fingers placed on the very back of the card, but from a sudden close-up of Sanga of the Thunder, it is now only one finger placed around the back of the card. Continuity mistake: In the scene where Raphael, April and Vernon are breaking into Eric Sacks' mansion with the Channel 6 van, the guards begin firing at the van and in one shot the windscreen is fired at and it shatters. A few seconds later, the windscreen is suddenly intact and the damage is reduced to just a few bullet holes.

Plot hole: On the night after April meets the turtles for the first time, she has her boss come to her apartment and tries desperately to try and convince her that the turtles are real, unfortunately her boss wasn't convinced and she ends up getting fired. However, April had already taken two pictures of the turtles on her phone the night previously (before meeting the turtles and after they had left the roof and began jumping over other roof tops). She could have easily just shown the pictures to her boss and she would have been convinced the turtles were real. Even if Donatello deleted the picture she had taken before meeting the turtles, April had still taken a picture of the turtles after they left the roof and jumped from other roof tops, so she still could have easily been able to prove they exist.

Other mistake: When Donatello is deactivating the countdown, the last 5 seconds on the countdown is shown and the voice on the computer is heard counting down each second. Every one second the voice on the computer counts down is actually two seconds passing in real time.

Continuity mistake: In the scene where the turtles are in the elevator singing MC Mikey, visible to the right of shot is the elevator's control panel and a light lights up every time they pass each floor. Just as the shot ends, the light lights up for floor 34. In the next shot, the elevator stops at floor 54.

Continuity mistake: When Steve and Romanoff are escaping the mall, Romanoff notices Agent Rumlow on the opposite escalator. The first person in front of him is a man wearing a green jacket. Romanoff kisses Steve, the shot then cuts to Rumlow noticing the kiss, and a woman in a white jumper has appeared in front of him. Things go back in the next shot. (00:54:15)

Continuity mistake: Just after Nick has escaped the "cops" before being chased by them again, Nick tells the car AI to initiate vertical takeoff and the shot then cuts to an angle of Nick from the side. On one side of the windscreen are bullet marks from where the gunmen had fired, and no sign of any bullet marks on the other side. The shot cuts to then show Nick shifting over to the driver's seat and by the next shot, there are suddenly bullet marks all around the windscreen and they are much bigger. (00:28:35)

Continuity mistake: When Romanoff kicks Agent Sitwell off the rooftop, Sam flies him back on to the roof. After Sitwell lands, he is shown rolling around on the floor and stops with his legs both stretched out. The next shot shows a wide angle of Sam landing back on the roof in his Falcon wings, and Agent Sitwell, still visible in shot, no longer has his legs stretched out. (01:11:55)

Continuity mistake: MacReady and Doc return to the research station from the abandoned shack in the helicopter. The scene then cuts to the dog watching the two exit the helicopter in the window. In the shot where the helicopter is visible in the window, the dog is looking out of the window from the right hand side. In the next shot, it is suddenly looking out of the left hand side. This mistake has nothing to do with the angle of the camera. (00:22:35)

Continuity mistake: After MacReady and Doc have discovered the spacecraft, the scene cuts to a wide angle of them approaching one of the researchers looking into a dug up hole. Just as the wide shot ends, MacReady and Doc are standing right next to the man. The shot then cuts to a closer angle of the three and MacReady and Doc are now several feet away from him. (00:39:50)
