Harry's scar does NOT change sides in the boggart scene - various shots in that scene are filmed in a mirror. Also, as with the other films, differences between the book and film aren't movie mistakes.
Other: When Harry is talking with Arthur Weasley at the Leaky Cauldron, the number '301' (colored in white) digitally pops up right underneath the wanted poster. The composite people neglected to remove it. Sirius Black's number is '390' (colored in black) - it's written on the paper that Sirius holds in the poster.
Continuity: When they're having their first Defence Against the Dark Arts lesson and Harry is facing the boggart, Lupin jumps in front of Harry because he thought it would turn into Voldemort, as he later states in the movie. But the boggart had already turned into a Dementor before Lupin makes a move.
Continuity: When Harry gets his turn to face the Boggart in Lupin's class, there is a wide shot showing the large clown rocking back and forth (viewer's left to right), with Lupin in the background bent over looking down at the floor. But, in the next close-up, Lupin is not as bent and is suddenly facing clown, contemplating whether or not he should do what he does next.
Factual error: When Harry is beating up Malfoy and the two Slytherin boys in front of the Shrieking Shack, he grabs one of them by his scarf and rotates him around. The center of their revolutions should be at the end of the scarf (where Harry grabs it), but as there is no actual counterweight for the boy he has to balance only his own body, which moves the center of his revolution strongly towards him.
