Kiss 'N Tell - S1-E4

Continuity mistake: When Link is turned into a frog, you can see that his sheath is still brown like before as he pushes the mummy away from him. But then as Zelda is tackling him out of the way of the mummy's attack, the sword is still at his side but suddenly without a sheath. A bush also appears next to the rock behind the mummy. Kiss 'N Tell - S1-E4

Revealing mistake: After Zelda pushes Link out of the way while he's still confused over his new form, the mummy tries to grab Zelda twice. But it's the exact same frames repeated twice. The move of it stepping forward and grabbing while Zelda ducks, then the frames go in reverse, and then are repeated. The mouth of the mummy moves the same way, though she only grunts on the first grab. And just before the second grab starts, when the arms are back at the origin, the screen dims slightly for a split second as some error in the animation. (00:05:40)

Continuity mistake: Zelda defeats the mummy by grabbing the bandage wrap and spinning it to unwrap it. This causes the effect of a "zap" and it gets sent to Ganon's lair in the Evil Jar. The wrapping comes off and falls to the ground in front of Zelda. But when the mummy appears in Ganon's Evil Jar, it suddenly has the wrapping back around it. (00:05:50)

Continuity mistake: After the dragon and the mummy are zapped to Ganon's Evil Jar, Ganon begins going on a gloating rant about his plan being successful to turn Link into a frog. Between shots, the floor he is standing on changes from an orangey pink color, to a blue. (00:06:20)

Kiss 'N Tell - S1-E4

Continuity mistake: After Zelda apologizes to Link for how he looks, Link says he is a monster and can never face anybody again. The shot pulls back to show the pond they are around again, and suddenly the rocks they were standing by go from 4 to 6, the ‘beach' like spot around the pond increases (no tides, it's a pond), and the general hills and shape of the land all around changes shape. Kiss 'N Tell - S1-E4

Revealing mistake: When Zelda says Link will always have her and they will stay friends, there is an error in her animation. She puts her arms out to her sides as she says "You still have me" and then instantly her arms go back to being in front of her in a single frame only for her to extend them out at her sides again at normal speed as she walks towards him. Kiss 'N Tell - S1-E4

Continuity mistake: After Ganon sees Zelda and Link hug, he begins talking about how it disgusts him and he gets ready to attack. As he is talking, several times his extended cheek fazes through the side of his helmet and back, and his fully red eyes half turn brown a couple times, as well as just before he attacks his head oddly swells 150% for a few frames then goes back. Kiss 'N Tell - S1-E4

Continuity mistake: When Ganon is about to blast at Frog Link to make him hop, Frog Link is sitting next to a tree and there are no roots visible right under him. It cuts to a close up and suddenly there is a tree root under his legs. His feet and legs also change positions suddenly in the close up. (00:07:15)

Kiss 'N Tell - S1-E4

Revealing mistake: Zelda trips over some tree roots trying to save Link from Ganon and then an Octoroc wraps its tentacles around her. The underside of the tentacles are shaded much darker due to being in shadow. But as the tentacles wrap around her, the side that is in shade on part move the other side and remain dark, when the light should be shining on it from the other side. It is not simply the coloring of the creature as in a following shot there is no dark areas at all due to no shade. And in other shots also the lighting effects where the dark areas are. (00:07:25)

Kiss 'N Tell - S1-E4

Continuity mistake: When the Octoroc picks up Zelda, the first shot showing it shows lots of the areas on it covered in shadow due to the lighting. But in the shot after Zelda screams when she sees what has her as Ganon walks towards Link, there are no shadows on the Octoroc at all. Also the shot where Zelda is screaming she is looking directly at the Octoroc, but the immediate shot where the shadows on it change she is looking back at Ganon. (00:07:30)

Kiss 'N Tell - S1-E4

Continuity mistake: When Ganon tells Zelda that she is coming with him, he laughs and then lowers his head again. As he does, the shadows on his face and helmet, most notably on the left side (from our perspective) instantly change drastically in just a single frame. (00:07:45)

Kiss 'N Tell - S1-E4

Continuity mistake: When Ganon is approaching the unconscious Frog Link by the tree as the Octoroc is holding Zelda, everything changes in the next scene when the two Red Dealers are dropping down on Link. Link's position on the tree changes, the color and shape of the tree is different, even a low branch vanishing. And suddenly the trees in the background are a lot fewer and much closer, and the skyline becomes visible, where previously it was completely out of view from tree tops. (00:07:55)

Kiss 'N Tell - S1-E4

Revealing mistake: After Frog Link awakens and sees the two Red Dealers, he licks his lips and says "Yum!" but he ribbits just before that. When he does, there is a fault in his drawing on his right eye, which moves and out of focus for a moment then back, almost like an eye twitch. But nowhere near intentional. (00:07:55)

Kiss 'N Tell - S1-E4

Continuity mistake: After Link eats the Red Dealers, the shot shows their webs still dangling there where they came down like spiders. It cuts to a close up of Link licking his lips for a brief moment, and then cuts back. Now suddenly the webs have vanished, the grass is a lighter color, and the trees and bushes in the background change up and move around. Also link's toes become much smaller. (00:08:00)

Kiss 'N Tell - S1-E4

Continuity mistake: Link awakes in his Frog form and sees the Red Dealers dangling in front of him and then eats them, his head resting against the tree. When the shot cuts closer as he lays back in satisfaction and licks his lips, the size of the tree roots above the ground shrinks. And then they change size yet again in the very next shot. Kiss 'N Tell - S1-E4

Continuity mistake: As the camera pans across Link's room, it shows it in a mess with an overturned table and cloth on it behind the podium that holds up the Triforce of Wisdom. Then a bit later as Link and Spryte are consulting the Triforce how to return Link to human form, one of the legs of the table vanishes, the cloth over it changes how it is folded, the light brown part of the table top becomes much lighter, the floor design changes up, and the shape of the Triforce's podium changes. Kiss 'N Tell - S1-E4

Continuity mistake: After Link's transformation into a frog, he goes back to Hyrule Castle and meets up with Spryte. In the shot that first shows her, there is a chair by the wall by the window. When it cuts to a different angle to show Link covered in a robe, you can tell by the position of the chair against the wall in relation to the lines of the bricks and the lines on the floor that either the bricks, the chair, or the design of the floor has changed size or all the above. The Ringer - S1-E1

Question: Once Zelda and Link confront Ganon on the road, he summons more skeletons up and they surround Link and Zelda. 7 Skeletons against Link and Zelda. So what's Link's plan of action? He takes off his belt and wraps it around himself and Zelda, strapping them together back to back to fight the 7 skeletons. This to me seems like it would just hinder their mobility. So my question is what is the really point of Link strapping himself to Zelda like that while surrounded? does it actually make sense to do that?

Quantom X

Chosen answer: It'll be to ensure that they're always facing directly away from each other, 12 o'clock and 6 o'clock, meaning between the two of them they've pretty much got 360 degree coverage. Otherwise there's a chance they might end up at say 12 o'clock and 3 o'clock, leaving themselves exposed from another direction.
