Freeze Play: Part 2 - S3-E6

Continuity mistake: Whilst Crump says "and my hand continues to become more powerful", in the shot of him drawing a card with his right flipper, his left flipper (which he is holding his cards in) appears to be hidden from view. Then there is a close-up of his left flipper, which appears to be fully in view. (00:07:35)

Freeze Play: Part 2 - S3-E6

Continuity mistake: When Tea thinks to herself, "I'm down to my last few life points, and my Dark Magician Girl isn't strong enough to get past his defense," her right hand is rotated at a horizontal angle, with her palm facing towards her. When the shot cuts, her right hand is at a vertical angle, with her palm facing away from her. (00:16:45)

Duel Identity, Part II - S1-E30

Character mistake: Yugi mistakenly says if he doesn't get a monster out to defend himself Mai can attack him directly, which wouldn't be possible since the rules of Duel Monsters during the Duelist Kingdom arc forbade direct attacks on defenseless opponents. That rule wouldn't be implemented until the Battle City arc.
