Continuity mistake: During Hank's first interview he asks what happens next. When he does, his lawyer has his pen resting on the paper. When the camera cuts the lawyer is now taking notes. (00:14:50)
Continuity mistake: When Walt asks for the RV to be destroyed, there is tape over the bullet holes on both the inside and the outside of the door. However, when Hank is showing the bullet holes to the owner of the lot, he takes the tape off the outside and the light shines on Walt. No-one has touched the tape on the inside. Continuity mistake: When the two guys grab the Ouija board, the 2 games that were on top of the Ouija board disappear instantly. (00:22:30)
Continuity mistake: When Mike throws the shoe, it lands well past the end of the wall. Camera cuts and it's back level with the end of the wall. (00:16:20)
Continuity mistake: Mike's car is not visible when Walt breaks into his own backyard. Mike is still there, as you see him hiding behind the corner, and later getting into his car.
Other mistake: At an RV park, Hank is investigating an RV that looks like the one he saw in the pictures from the ATM camera. Desperate for a vantage point, he goes around to the back of the RV and starts to climb up the ladder on the passenger rear side of the vehicle. This RV is not supported at this time in a permanent fixture, as it's revealed shortly there after that the occupants were just on vacation. So Hank's full body weight getting on the back corner of the RV should have shifted it on it's suspension and alerted the people inside that something was going on far sooner than it did.
Chosen answer: I'm not sure how far you are into the show but he does eventually come up with a way to launder it (wont spoil it for you but rest assured, when he gets a lawyer the show gets much better!) and in the final season he also comes up with a way to give his children his money without the cops or the DA knowing it came from him.
