Continuity mistake: As Walter is telling the story of how he met his wife with the crossword puzzles, there is a cut between two shots when he's saying eventually "I caught her looking over at me." He's first looking straight ahead across the table at his brother in law, but after the cut he's suddenly glancing over towards his wife. (00:05:30)

Continuity mistake: Ted is in his house with Saul Goodman's men. When he beats his head on the furniture after he stumbled on the carpet in attempt to escape and passes out, his legs change position in two different angles shots.
Continuity mistake: When Walter takes Junior home from school, at first there are no shadows or sun hitting the ground in front of the garage. In the next shot the sun appears.
Box Cutter - S4-E1
Continuity mistake: When Gus starts to walk away from where he killed Victor, he drops the Box Cutter, and we see it landing. However, after a cut to the next shot, its position has changed. It is no longer sitting on the line in the floor, and it is pointing 180° in the other direction. We can also see from Walt's shadow that the Box Cutter has moved quite a bit further away from Walt. Visible crew/equipment: A camera in a black protective box is visible on the ground in the intersection during the crash sequence when Walt gets T-boned by an SUV. (00:24:48)
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene after Walter took his son from the school and parks his car in front of their house (before the pizza scene), you can see the camera mounted on a crane while filming the scene reflected on the car's windscreen.
Continuity mistake: When Walt is practicing his pistol draw in his apartment, he drags over a chair in which to sit during his practice. When he is dragging it, he aligns it directly against the carpet. However, a few seconds later, another shot shows that the chair is now inches away from the carpet, despite him never adjusting the chair.
Continuity mistake: When the two guys grab the Ouija board, the 2 games that were on top of the Ouija board disappear instantly. (00:22:30)

Continuity mistake: When Walt gives in and gives his phone to Jesse he doesn't have a hood up. When we see Jesse in the next shot, Walt has a hood up with no time to put it up. (00:23:00)

Continuity mistake: When Walt comes in and speaks to Marie, Marie has her wine glass on the side, camera changes and now it's in front of her face. (00:30:00)

Continuity mistake: When Skyler and Marie are talking about going to El Paso, Skyler puts a red pepper down on the near side of a cucumber. Camera changes to another view and now the pepper is on the far side of the cucumber. (00:28:30)

Continuity mistake: When Skyler asks Marie if she is going to El Paso, Marie's glass of wine is a fair distance from the blue jug on the side. Camera cuts and now it is next to said jug. (00:28:20)

Continuity mistake: When Jesse gets out the car at the start, the red furry dice are uneven in height. Camera changes angle and now they are level. (00:03:45)
Chosen answer: I'm not sure how far you are into the show but he does eventually come up with a way to launder it (wont spoil it for you but rest assured, when he gets a lawyer the show gets much better!) and in the final season he also comes up with a way to give his children his money without the cops or the DA knowing it came from him.
