Continuity mistake: Skyler asks Marie how weed affected her in high school. Skyler then says it made her light-headed. In this shot you can see the paintbrush she is holding is up by her face. As the camera cuts however the paintbrush is now down at waist height. (00:05:40)

Continuity mistake: When Walt starts coughing while clearing up the mess at the start, Jesse looks over his shoulder at Walt. When the camera changes, Jesse is now head down. (00:02:10)

Continuity mistake: Walt examines the remains of the gun at the start. However, the way he holds the remains differs between the two shots. (00:01:40)
Problem Dog - S4-E7
Continuity mistake: Skyler makes Walt return the Challenger to the car dealership, but Walt decides to take it to a parking lot and spin donuts with it. Just before he crashes, he's spinning clockwise, starts to lose control, and tries to correct it by turning the steering wheel sharply to the left. However, from the overhead shot, the marks on the pavement indicate he was spinning counter-clockwise and tried to correct by turning right. (00:05:50)
Continuity mistake: At the very beginning of the episode, Skinny gives Jesse the address on where he can find the junkies who robbed them. When we see the piece of paper, the street name is Pampas. When Jesse gets out of the car, we see the real street signs, and that the house is on 13th and Marquette.
Continuity mistake: Walt and Skylar are talking. Walt is lying on the bed after just waking up. In one scene, there is a blanket lying next to him. In another scene, he is covered up by that blanket. (00:05:12 - 00:06:00)
Continuity mistake: When Walter takes Junior home from school, at first there are no shadows or sun hitting the ground in front of the garage. In the next shot the sun appears.
Audio problem: When Walt yells at Jesse through the lab's entrance door, the sound is very muffled, as if the door is a major insulator of sound. However, later, when Jesse yells at Walt through the same door, the sound is much clearer, and hardly muffled at all. (00:22:15 - 00:23:55)
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene after Walter took his son from the school and parks his car in front of their house (before the pizza scene), you can see the camera mounted on a crane while filming the scene reflected on the car's windscreen.
Green Light - S3-E4
Other mistake: The ATM video from the gas station in the desert should have shown Jesse and not just the RV. (00:35:10)
Continuity mistake: As Walt is talking to Saul in his classroom, there is a pen under the desk by the chair leg Walt is standing by. It is next to the chair's front left leg. A few moments later without being hit, the pin moves to the front right leg.
Continuity mistake: When Walt is practicing his pistol draw in his apartment, he drags over a chair in which to sit during his practice. When he is dragging it, he aligns it directly against the carpet. However, a few seconds later, another shot shows that the chair is now inches away from the carpet, despite him never adjusting the chair.
Hazard Pay - S5-E3
Continuity mistake: Skyler's salad at the car wash changes during the sequence. She gains pieces of lettuce after she starts yelling "shut up."
One Minute - S3-E7
Continuity mistake: The man with the bulletproof vests is against the boxes in pain. In the closer shot, he takes his hat off. Cut to a wider shot, his hat is back on. (00:24:58)
Green Light - S3-E4
Continuity mistake: Schrader is pulled along side a road and receives a phone call about El Paso. The sky goes from being overcast to fairly clear between the different angles. (00:30:50)
Audio problem: The message from Walt that Skyler listens to at the office is different from the audio earlier in the episode. Walt says "no" when we see him, but on the recording he doesn't say it.
Continuity mistake: The candles on the cake at the party change height a few times during the sequence.
Crawl Space - S4-E11
Continuity mistake: In the opening scene, the medical team is treating Gus. The oral syringe of medication is drawn to "1", in the next scene, it is completely full when the man administers the drug. (00:01:20)
