Continuity mistake: After Lt. Hanley says that the machine-gun needs to be set up closer and turns to go into the bunker, he is wearing a backpack. When he enters the bunker the backpack is gone. (00:04:30)
Revealing mistake: In several scenes when they show the front of the barrel of the German machine gun you can see the "blank adaptor" inside the barrel. This is inserted to not allow the gas from the cartridge to escape out the barrel but "blow back" the bolt and insert another round.
Character mistake: At the start of the episode when the plane is spotted Sgt Saunders says "P-51." The plane is in fact a P-38 Lightning.
Continuity mistake: Littlejohn gets soaked head-to-toe in the stream, but a few shots later, he's only half wet, from the chest down.
Continuity mistake: When The Squad crosses the river the footage is cut footage from a previous episode, "Birthday Cake" - Littlejohn is holding his cake over his head. (00:05:15)
The Steeple - S3-E21
Other mistake: The Squad descend from The Steeple via the bell pull rope but the bell does not ring. (00:42:15)
Continuity mistake: During the night's shelling Kirby escapes into the woods, but in part of that run sequence it looks like Saunders is doing the running, and it is daytime to boot. (00:11:00)
Continuity mistake: The room that is being used is downstairs from road level, but a window in the room shows tree top level scenery. (00:41:15)
What Are the Bugles Blowin' For? (1) - S2-E25
Visible crew/equipment: When the British captain orders Saunders to stay with him and walks back to his office, you can spot film crew in the glass reflection. (00:20:45)
Continuity mistake: When Captain Steiner is staring at Saunders through the window, the curtains are set mid level, but from inside the house they are set higher. (00:36:00)
Masquerade - S2-E3
Continuity mistake: At the start of the episode the barrel points to his left, during the close ups talking to the men in the jeep it points to his right, and as the jeep pulls away within the next frame it switches from left to right. Also, the men behind the jeep go from sitting to marching instantly. (00:01:00 - 00:02:00)
Mountain Man - S3-E1
Revealing mistake: When Saunders and his men escape from the Germans, it's supposed to be after sundown. But the entire chase scene that follows is filmed in broad daylight. (00:19:20)

Revealing mistake: As the German chases Cage, there are multiple ski tracks in the snow from previous takes. (00:35:35)
Other mistake: When Saunders is talking to Reiser, he calls him Rogers - the actor's real name.
Character mistake: Season 5, "The Masques": Kirby, who has no reason to lie at this point, says he's in B (Baker) Company. But he's a member of King Company.
Continuity mistake: Season 4, "Hills Are For Heroes, Pt. 2": Caje is standing outside the bunker when Hanley goes in. Cut to an interior shot as Hanley enters, and Caje, outside in the last shot, is now inside.
The Ringer - S4-E23
Continuity mistake: Caje extinguishes the fire in the farmhouse, but a few shots later, it's still burning. A little later still, it's out again.
Main Event - S4-E1
Continuity mistake: Saunders' helmet disappears from his head between shots when he's driving the half-track.
Continuity mistake: The Gun Richard Jaeckel's character is carrying changes, between one shot and the next, from an MP40 to a 98k rifle.
