Character mistake: At one point in the show, Roger throws a bucket of water (in disguise as Scotch Bingeington) on Francine claiming "Wet T-Shirt Contest!" Francine looks disgusted when Roger states "Eh, give this one a four" to the guy judging the contest, then says to Francine "Don't feel bad, you've had three kids." Francine replies "I've had two." and Roger gasps and puts a consoling hand on Francine's shoulder. This is wrong because Francine has birthed four children. She previously gave birth to Bailey (Hayley's twin), and Greg and Terry's baby in Season 3 Episode 7 "Surro-Gate."

Continuity mistake: Steve receives a Rowflux and five containers of protein powder. He takes one of the containers leaving only four still on the floor. In a subsequent scene, Steve is still holding the container but now five containers can be seen behind him, giving him six containers altogether.
Continuity mistake: This episode reveals Stan has never killed anyone, even though he killed Jay Leno in Stan Of Arabia: Part 1, killed Jackson's Double in It's Good To Be Queen, accidentally disintegrates one of his co-workers in I Can't Stan You, and shot a hang glider in An Apocalypse To Remember.

Factual error: When the guys are on the Graviton, you can tell they're spinning clockwise, or to their left. That means everything should be pushed in the opposite direction, but one girl's hair is flowing to her left when it should be flowing to her right.
Continuity mistake: When the game is tied 10-10, Yao Ming and Roger are in the circle at half-court, but when Ming checks the ball back, they are out and in front of the circle and not at half-court anymore. When Roger starts to dribble, he back at the half-court line, all without them moving.
Plot hole: It is explicitly stated in this episode that Hayley was conceived in 1996. While normal for shows without character aging to change birth years to benefit the plot, this move was premature. Hayley's permanent age is stated as 18, and this episode implies that in 2012 she would be much younger than this. The whole plot centres around her being legally able to drink in a bar, so this is a pretty big mistake.

Continuity mistake: At the convention when we first see Roger and Hayley, they pass a booth that says Costume contest registration. There is also a few people around, a poster and a movable wall. The very next shot is more of a close up of the two and the background has changed dramatically. There is now about 4-5 different stalls behind them and no sign of the previous one or the poster and wall.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Francine says she used to be friends with everyone in the block, there is a cutaway of a previous neighbor couple called the McLearys. After the cutaway, keep an eye on Francine's coffee mug. The mug keeps changing position on the table between shots.
Continuity mistake: When Francine gives the family gifts, Stan writes "How did you pay for this?" on his board. Francine replies "Well, money, of course" to which Stan writes another sentence on his board. He starts writing without clearing the board, yet when he turns the board back to show the sentence "Is that true, Steve?", the original "How did you pay for this?" isn't visible on the board, despite not clearing it.
Continuity mistake: In the pilot episode, during the breakfast scene, there are five donuts in the box in front of Roger before his chair breaks. When he takes one from the box, there are eight. When Francine takes his donut away, there are five in the box again.

Character mistake: Klaus tells Steve how he can take him to ASU and introduce him to some choice people. Steve replies "I don't know, isn't that a party school?" and acts like he doesn't want to attend. However, in an earlier episode "A Nice Night for a Drive", Klaus tells Stan that Steve is hoping to attend ASU because of "sluts on campus."
Continuity mistake: The vent-hood in the kitchen above the stove/island is always disappearing and reappearing. Sometimes it's there, sometimes it's not. The handles on the fridge/freezer also keep changing sides. Sometimes they are on the left, sometimes they are on the right. And the living room is always changing sizes. Sometimes they open the front door and the couch is right there, and sometimes it's several feet away from the front door.
Continuity mistake: Steve, Hayley and Francine all stand next to the door when Bullock arrives. They are all standing right next to the door in the shot where Stan adjusts their clothes. But they have magically moved a foot away from the door in the following shot where Stan opens the door.
Continuity mistake: Just as Bullock rings the doorbell, Roger oozes gunge from the left side and right side of his torso. The gunge from the right side goes on the couch and the left side goes off screen in a direction towards the door. Yet when Stan answers the door, no gunge is visible on the floor anywhere.
Continuity mistake: When Stan and Francine are first in the kitchen, a record player is briefly seen to the right of the screen. However, when Stan returns to the kitchen after all his dad's items have been put in the bag there is no sign of the record player in the other room.

Continuity mistake: After the last school day has ended, Stan chases Steve into a canyon Terminator 2 style to show him camp brochures. After Steve has a go at Stan about not wanting to go to camp, Francine enters the scene, knocking Stan's car out of the way. The car is almost ten meters away from Steve and Stan as she enters the scene. Francine doesn't move the car in the next shot. But in the next shot after that, the car is suddenly right next to Steve and Stan.
Continuity mistake: When Francine brings lemonade on a tray for Steve and his friends, she assumes Snot is drowning. Francine then drops the tray and it lands on the ground before jumping in the pool after him. The tray disappears when she emerges from the pool with Snot.
Factual error: Steve and Roger make a prank phone call to Tony Blair at 4:30 AM GMT during sunset in Virginia (EST/EDT); because of the 5-hour time difference (4 hours during Daylight Savings), it would be 11:30 PM or 12:30 AM in Virginia, which would be nighttime.
Factual error: Roger receives movies for his projector. When he plays it there is a tiny image and the 20th Century Fox logo. Then after Roger hits the projector and it turns to the window the 3, 2, 1 countdown is played. Normally it would go the 3, 2, 1 countdown first, then the 20th Century Fox logo.

Continuity mistake: After Steve accidentally jabs the wood burner into Stan's penis, he screams and a avalanche occurs. Then when Stan screams a second time due to putting the cream on his penis, the avalanche happens again but the same amount of snow is on the mountain even after a load already fell off it.

Continuity mistake: When the bus driver finds Roger, the Dignity Towers Retirement Home bus is only a few feet away from them. But in the shot where Roger says "How do I get home? How do I get home?", there was no sign of any bus for many many meters. As if the bus just appeared out of nowhere.
