Dreaming of a White Porsche Christmas - S10-E6

Corrected entry: Because of a Christmas wish Stan becomes Principal Lewis. While running away from the CIA Avery Bullock yells out "Smith, stop or we'll shoot!" Stan hadn't changed back to himself yet. (00:14:40)

Correction: Stan doesn't become Principal Lewis, they just change lives (e.g., decisions they made, careers, lifestyle, etc). This is evident by the fact that his name is still Stan and Brian Lewis is still Brian.

Stan Goes on the Pill - S9-E14

Corrected entry: Bullock cuts Stan's hair because he said he drew it a little short, but when Francine, Stan and Hayley are in the bar, Stan's hair is back to its normal length.

Bobbie Jean Mossuto

Correction: We don't know how the pill works. Female Stan's hair obviously grew longer than regular Stan's hair, and in no time at all, so it's reasonable to think it grew to a specific length and if it's cut it would grow back to that length, in no time at all.

Weiner of Our Discontent - S4-E18

Corrected entry: In this episode Akiko is older than she is in 2-11 "American Dream Factory".

Correction: This episode also occurs later and thus she would be older. While most characters don't age, time still passes (such as when Jeff is away in space) and some characters do age (such as Greg and Terry's daughter). It's not considered a mistake, it's just how the show moves along.

Francine's Flashback - S1-E5

Corrected entry: While Francine is giving Stan his breakfast in bed, her negligee is solid baby or light pink. Then when Francine approaches Stan, you can see a hot pink bow attached to the negligee, close to her bust. So, basically, her negligee changes. (01:00:45)

Correction: The negligee never changes and the bow is there the whole time, it was just covered up by the anniversary card. In fact, when she says good morning you can see the top part of the bow.

All About Steve - S1-E11

Corrected entry: At the Batting Cages, Steve gets repeatedly hit by the balls. His face seems totally OK in this scene. Yet in the next scene, his face is injured. (00:03:00)

Casual Person

Correction: Not all bruises form right away, since it takes time for the skin to change colors from the ruptured blood vessels. However, even though we see him get hit several times and fall down, the next scene is him at home. We don't know how long he spent at the batting cages where he could have been hit more and it was those hits that caused the marks to his face, his dad isn't known for taking it easy on him and wouldn't have let Steve quit so soon.

Show generally

Corrected entry: At the beginning of the opening titles, the curtains of Stan and Francine's bedroom are open. Yet as Stan wakes up the curtains are closed.

Casual Person

Correction: We've seen into their bedroom and there's windows on 2 walls at least. The curtain he opens doesn't face the front, which is the only windows we see in the opening. In "A Smith in the Hand", the window that faces the front is to the side of the bed, not behind it which is the one he opens curtains to.

The Best Christmas Story Never - S2-E9

Corrected entry: When Stan is in the restaurant, he isn't wearing his CIA blazer. However, when he is back in the present, he suddenly is wearing his CIA blazer.

Casual Person

Correction: When he's in the restaurant he's also wearing an apron and holding his gun, but not in the present. The ghost was simply able to restore him to his normal clothes with her magic.

Deacon Stan, Jesus Man - S1-E8

Corrected entry: When Steve discovers he is pregnant, his shirt is pulled up exposing his belly. When he goes to the others, his shirt is now pulled down covering his belly. (00:13:45)

Casual Person

Correction: Steve is seen in the bathroom, bending over and throwing up and then washing his face. His shirt could have easily been pulled up from the way he moved around, but didn't slide down because of his pregnant belly (I've had shirts do this to me without me even being pregnant.) The next scene he's downstairs, he had plenty of time to pull his shirt back down.

Bullocks to Stan - S1-E9

Corrected entry: When Bullock and Stan arrive at the diner, Stan is shown sweating (note his hair) from carrying Bullock on his back. But when they go inside the diner, Stan isn't sweating anymore. (00:16:20)

Casual Person

Correction: There's nothing drawn to suggest he's sweating. We do see his hair a bit messed up, but it's easily brushed back in place with a hand, which is what he does before we see them walk in.

Homeland Insecurity - S1-E7

Corrected entry: In the scene after Stan shuts his hand in the door, he and Francine are in the kitchen. Stan is standing oddly with his left hand outstretched, as if he is holding something, but nothing is there. When the camera angle changes, Stan is holding a white mug in that hand.

Correction: When it cuts to the kitchen, he's holding the white mug before the camera angle changes. The white mug just happens to be drawn in front of the white refrigerator so it may be difficult to see, but it's definitely there.

Max Jets - S8-E11

Corrected entry: When "Max" is released from prison, the guard says he slept for 6 years. Later Roger or "Max" says he got hearing aids and HIV in prison whilst he was in the shower. How could he get hearing aids and HIV in the shower if he "was asleep for 6 years"? (00:02:40 - 00:05:25)

Casual Person

Correction: The prison guard says (to "Max") "you basically just slept for six years." Meaning he didn't get into trouble and was a "model prisoner", not that he literally slept all 6 years.

Naked to the Limit, One More Time - S8-E12

Corrected entry: When Jeff is showing Roger his scar, he doesn't have a belly button. (00:06:25)

Casual Person

Correction: The scar is also from when Jeff was literally ripped in half (and thus sewn back together). So if we believe he survived, and the tear went through the midsection where his belly button was, it's easy to see how he would lose it during reconstructive surgery, similar to losing a nipple during a mastectomy.

Stan Knows Best - S1-E4

Corrected entry: Stan has a flashback of when Hayley was younger. She is at least 8 and she is 18 now. In the flashback, Stan mentions President Clinton's sex scandal. This episode is set in 2005. If this episode takes place in 2005 and that was around ten years ago, it would be around 1995. The Clinton sex scandal didn't take place until 1998. (00:09:50)

Casual Person

Correction: Several reasons why this isn't a mistake. First he merely states Haley should eat her peas to "fight off President Clinton's sexual advances". There is nothing about this statement that relates to the sex scandals of '98. Second, the Gennifer Flowers sex scandal came out in '92, so there was already precedent for that line. Third, '98 is when the public became aware of the sex scandals, even though the events occurred in the 80's and early 90's (most notably the Lewinsky scandal occurring in '95). As a C.I.A. agent, it's plausible Stan knew of Clinton's propensity to making sexual advances prior to the '98 scandals. Finally, nothing in the scene suggest Haley is only 8, it's entirely possible the flashback is 1998.

Widowmaker - S3-E12

Corrected entry: In "Widowmaker" Stan pronounces Laos incorrectly (common mistake) and is sitting on a beach by the sea. Laos has no coastline (and this cannot be explained as being a river, as it's definitely the sea).

Correction: Stan is not very bright, so his mispronunciation of Laos is completely in character. Not sure about the coastline.
