Correction: In the next shot we're looking at them in the rear view mirror, not head on through the windshield like before. Their positions are flipped due to being a mirror image, but Hailey is still in the driver's seat.

Bishop73

Correction: We don't know how the pill works. Female Stan's hair obviously grew longer than regular Stan's hair, and in no time at all, so it's reasonable to think it grew to a specific length and if it's cut it would grow back to that length, in no time at all.

Bishop73

Correction: This episode also occurs later and thus she would be older. While most characters don't age, time still passes (such as when Jeff is away in space) and some characters do age (such as Greg and Terry's daughter). It's not considered a mistake, it's just how the show moves along.

Francine's Flashback - S1-E5

Corrected entry: While Francine is giving Stan his breakfast in bed, her negligee is solid baby or light pink. Then when Francine approaches Stan, you can see a hot pink bow attached to the negligee, close to her bust. So, basically, her negligee changes. (01:00:45)

BunnyBaby

Correction: The negligee never changes and the bow is there the whole time, it was just covered up by the anniversary card. In fact, when she says good morning you can see the top part of the bow.

Homeland Insecurity - S1-E7

Corrected entry: In the scene after Stan shuts his hand in the door, he and Francine are in the kitchen. Stan is standing oddly with his left hand outstretched, as if he is holding something, but nothing is there. When the camera angle changes, Stan is holding a white mug in that hand.

Correction: When it cuts to the kitchen, he's holding the white mug before the camera angle changes. The white mug just happens to be drawn in front of the white refrigerator so it may be difficult to see, but it's definitely there.

Bishop73

Correction: Stan doesn't become Principal Lewis, they just change lives (e.g., decisions they made, careers, lifestyle, etc). This is evident by the fact that his name is still Stan and Brian Lewis is still Brian.

Widowmaker - S3-E12

Corrected entry: In "Widowmaker" Stan pronounces Laos incorrectly (common mistake) and is sitting on a beach by the sea. Laos has no coastline (and this cannot be explained as being a river, as it's definitely the sea).

garok89

Correction: Stan is not very bright, so his mispronunciation of Laos is completely in character. Not sure about the coastline.

Spring Break-Up - S3-E16

Character mistake: At one point in the show, Roger throws a bucket of water (in disguise as Scotch Bingeington) on Francine claiming "Wet T-Shirt Contest!" Francine looks disgusted when Roger states "Eh, give this one a four" to the guy judging the contest, then says to Francine "Don't feel bad, you've had three kids." Francine replies "I've had two." and Roger gasps and puts a consoling hand on Francine's shoulder. This is wrong because Francine has birthed four children. She previously gave birth to Bailey (Hayley's twin), and Greg and Terry's baby in Season 3 Episode 7 "Surro-Gate." (00:14:15)

CIAPOW - S10-E2

Roger: Look at us, Steve. Neck and neck. May the best man win.
Steve: Well that's gonna be me, because your weird gut's about to hit the wall.
Roger: Not if your boner hits it first.
Steve: What? I don't have a boner.
Roger: You're about to.
Steve: How? What are you gonna do?
Roger: I don't have to do anything. You're a teenage boy who just heard the word "boner." It's already happening.
Steve: No. Not now. Not like this. Oh, God! Not like this! [Steve struggles to prevent his erection but it's heard hitting the wall.]
Steve: Damn it.
Roger: Yes! I won.
Francine: You did, Roger. But, in a way, I feel like we all won.
Roger: What? Wait, what?
Francine: Because it brought us all closer together.
Steve: You're right. I thought I was in a race, but really, I was in a family.
Roger: Okay, I see what's happening here. Yeah. You're trying to screw me out of my victory. We all heard his dick hit the wall.

Show generally

Question: Why has American Dad! gotten so violent ever since the fifth season? I mean they had a bit of violence in the first four seasons, but now ever since season five and so on nearly every single episode is full of all different types of violence.

Chosen answer: It is just the decision of the creators to do so.
