Francine's Flashback - S1-E5

Corrected entry: While Francine is giving Stan his breakfast in bed, her negligee is solid baby or light pink. Then when Francine approaches Stan, you can see a hot pink bow attached to the negligee, close to her bust. So, basically, her negligee changes. (01:00:45)

BunnyBaby

Correction: The negligee never changes and the bow is there the whole time, it was just covered up by the anniversary card. In fact, when she says good morning you can see the top part of the bow.

All About Steve - S1-E11

Corrected entry: At the Batting Cages, Steve gets repeatedly hit by the balls. His face seems totally OK in this scene. Yet in the next scene, his face is injured. (00:03:00)

Casual Person

Correction: Not all bruises form right away, since it takes time for the skin to change colors from the ruptured blood vessels. However, even though we see him get hit several times and fall down, the next scene is him at home. We don't know how long he spent at the batting cages where he could have been hit more and it was those hits that caused the marks to his face, his dad isn't known for taking it easy on him and wouldn't have let Steve quit so soon.

Deacon Stan, Jesus Man - S1-E8

Corrected entry: When Steve discovers he is pregnant, his shirt is pulled up exposing his belly. When he goes to the others, his shirt is now pulled down covering his belly. (00:13:45)

Casual Person

Correction: Steve is seen in the bathroom, bending over and throwing up and then washing his face. His shirt could have easily been pulled up from the way he moved around, but didn't slide down because of his pregnant belly (I've had shirts do this to me without me even being pregnant.) The next scene he's downstairs, he had plenty of time to pull his shirt back down.

Bullocks to Stan - S1-E9

Corrected entry: When Bullock and Stan arrive at the diner, Stan is shown sweating (note his hair) from carrying Bullock on his back. But when they go inside the diner, Stan isn't sweating anymore. (00:16:20)

Casual Person

Correction: There's nothing drawn to suggest he's sweating. We do see his hair a bit messed up, but it's easily brushed back in place with a hand, which is what he does before we see them walk in.

Homeland Insecurity - S1-E7

Corrected entry: In the scene after Stan shuts his hand in the door, he and Francine are in the kitchen. Stan is standing oddly with his left hand outstretched, as if he is holding something, but nothing is there. When the camera angle changes, Stan is holding a white mug in that hand.

Correction: When it cuts to the kitchen, he's holding the white mug before the camera angle changes. The white mug just happens to be drawn in front of the white refrigerator so it may be difficult to see, but it's definitely there.

Stan Knows Best - S1-E4

Corrected entry: Stan has a flashback of when Hayley was younger. She is at least 8 and she is 18 now. In the flashback, Stan mentions President Clinton's sex scandal. This episode is set in 2005. If this episode takes place in 2005 and that was around ten years ago, it would be around 1995. The Clinton sex scandal didn't take place until 1998. (00:09:50)

Casual Person

Correction: Several reasons why this isn't a mistake. First he merely states Haley should eat her peas to "fight off President Clinton's sexual advances". There is nothing about this statement that relates to the sex scandals of '98. Second, the Gennifer Flowers sex scandal came out in '92, so there was already precedent for that line. Third, '98 is when the public became aware of the sex scandals, even though the events occurred in the 80's and early 90's (most notably the Lewinsky scandal occurring in '95). As a C.I.A. agent, it's plausible Stan knew of Clinton's propensity to making sexual advances prior to the '98 scandals. Finally, nothing in the scene suggest Haley is only 8, it's entirely possible the flashback is 1998.
