Continuity mistake: Henry smashes a wooden rolling pin on the kitchen table, leaving splinters all over it. He then crosses to the cupboards, finds a knife and returns, at which point all the broken pieces of the rolling pin have disappeared. (00:21:15)

Spectre in Tap-Shoes - S3-E5

Continuity mistake: Millicent pours hot water into her teacup and dips a tea bag into it. She doesn't drink a drop, but next shot, when she puts the cup down, we can see that it's empty. (00:18:30)

The Ring with the Red Velvet Ropes - S3-E6

Continuity mistake: At the end, the former champion's body ages and turns ashen gray. When the shot cuts, though, he's still a perfectly healthy-looking shade of pink. (00:24:45)

Since Aunt Ada Came to Stay - S2-E9

Continuity mistake: When she leaves the campus, Joanna gets wet running through the rain to her car. Just minutes later, she arrives home completely dry and with her hair neatly coiffed again. (00:27:10)

I'll Never Leave You - Ever - S2-E56

Continuity mistake: Several times during this episode, reversed shots cause Moira's wedding ring to switch from her left to her right hand and back again.

Dr. Stringfellow's Rejuvenator - S2-E28

Continuity mistake: In the saloon, Stringfellow pours himself a drink and picks up his glass. When the camera angle reverses, his glass is back on the table and his hand is on the bottle instead. In the next shot, he's holding the glass again. (00:11:30)

Cool Air - S2-E35

Continuity mistake: During Juan and Agatha's dinner together, the camera circles them, passing behind Juan (where an "invisible" cut occurs) and continuing to move left around the table. Between the two segments, the position of Agatha's hands changes noticeably. (00:11:50)

Continuity mistake: While she talks to Mrs. Gibbons on the stairs, Agatha's paper sack changes its position and appearance several times between shots. (00:16:15)

How to Cure the Common Vampire - S3-E17

Continuity mistake: The man with the stake places it over the sleeping vampire's heart at a steep 30-degree angle. But in the very next shot, he's holding it straight up. (00:00:35)

The Little Black Bag - S1-E7

Continuity mistake: When the derelicts discover the medical bag in the alley, a blue sedan parked in the background disappears and reappears repeatedly throughout the scene. (00:06:30)

Continuity mistake: In the final scene, Hyacinth's skeleton changes positions on its own between one shot and the next. (00:25:00)

The Waiting Room - S2-E51

Continuity mistake: It's the 1800s, and Dicter rides up to a building that has every window, upstairs and down, blazing with what is obviously electric light. When he walks into the ground floor saloon, however, there are no bright lights. It's dark and dim inside. (00:03:00)

Logoda's Heads - S2-E42

Continuity mistake: As Kyra is leaving the village, Logoda's fang necklace, in close-up, has two of its teeth flipped over and out of alignment with the rest. In full shot, though, all the teeth are back in perfect order. (00:09:10)
