Continuity mistake: When the quarantine sign is being stapled to the door, it is black and yellow striped, with an orange stripe running the opposite direction, and "Quarantine" written on the orange part. When the mob is trying to get into the building, the sign is now gray with a single yellowish-gray stripe running diagonally across it, and no writing. (00:10:14 - 00:10:44)

Continuity mistake: When Storm is saying the man on TV is the one who attacked Jubilee at the mall, the portion of Wolverine's mask by his cheek is colored yellow, and the X within a circle on Rogue' chest as well as the stripes on her collar are colored red. When the shot changes, Gambit is the last person to run through the hole in the fence with Cyclops, Jean Grey and Beast ahead of him. (00:17:40)

Continuity mistake: After Storm informs Cyclops that a mob is attacking Bishop, a shot of the rest of the team in the Blackbird shows that Gambit's neck is flesh colored when it is supposed to be black from wearing his headgear (this is corrected when the scene is reprised in the next episode). Continuity mistake: When the Blackbird is shown recording the hearing, you can see Graydon Creed standing in front of the podium. When the shot changes to the hearing in the chambers, Creed is suddenly standing behind the podium. (00:14:32)
