Captive Hearts - S1-E5

Continuity mistake: When Wolverine punches his lefthand claws into the wall, it is at bottom of a slab of concrete, and to the left of where four slabs intersect. When the shot changes, the puncture is now closer to the middle-right area of a slab. (00:13:16)

Captive Hearts - S1-E5

Continuity mistake: When Wolverine is slashing at Callisto's staff, it is light purple. When he completely shreds a center portion of it, that portion is blue, and when the shot changes, the rest of the staff is red. Additionally, the center section of the staff has reduced in length after Wolverine shreds it. (00:14:35 - 00:15:03)

Captive Hearts - S1-E5

Continuity mistake: When Rogue is flying Gambit back to the mansion, the green sides of her uniform above her belt are incorrectly colored yellow, and Gambit's neck is bare, when it should be colored black because of his headgear. (00:16:14)

Captive Hearts - S1-E5

Continuity mistake: Callisto's staff is roughly the same length as her body. When she is holding the staff to Cyclops' throat, only the bottom quarter of it is visible, when the rest that isn't obscured by their bodies should be visible and pointing outwards at her left. (00:18:06)

Captive Hearts - S1-E5

Continuity mistake: When Storm and Callisto are about to engage in combat, they are using staves that look like lightsabers, with the hilts at the bottom. When they start striking at each other, both staves now resemble a double-edged lightsaber, with the hilt in the middle. (00:18:25)

Captive Hearts - S1-E5

Continuity mistake: When Storm is offering the Morlocks sanctuary at the mansion, several of the Morlocks that were standing dozens of feet behind Storm in a previous shot are now standing in front of her. They are then behind Storm again when she is helping Callisto to her feet. (00:18:58 - 00:19:45)

Captive Hearts - S1-E5

Continuity mistake: When Storm defeats Callisto in combat, Sunder and Tar Baby are in the far background, standing near a tunnel opening. When the shot changes, they are now standing in front of some machinery. (00:18:58)

Captive Hearts - S1-E5

Continuity mistake: When Xavier is talking to Jean and Cyclops at the end, the three of them, along with Storm, are all to the left of the bed Gambit is lying on, with Storm being behind Xavier, over his right shoulder, and a piece of machinery behind her. When the shot changes, it is a closeup of Xavier, and neither Storm, nor the machinery are visible over Xavier's shoulder. When Jean and Cyclops leave the room, Xavier is now at the foot of Gambit's bed, several feet away from Storm. (00:20:08 - 00:20:32)

Slave Island - S1-E7

Plot hole: After Storm's attempt to escape the Genoshan prison is thwarted, she ends up in the ocean right at the shoreline of the beach, where she is captured by a Sentinel. Aside from the fact that it makes no sense for a Sentinel to be hiding in the ocean in the event that a mutant tries to escape the prison, there is absolutely no way that a two-story tall robot could hide in the ocean right by the beach, as the water would be way too shallow. You can even see that the water level only goes up to the Sentinel's ankle area when it is standing upright in the ocean. (00:03:15)

Suggested correction: Perception. (1) The Sentinel isn't as close as it appears. If it were close, then she would have been caught in its waves as it emerges. Also, she would be looking only at its chest circle. It's several yards away. (2) She washes ashore. She fell from the sky. She couldn't have fallen from that great height into shallow water without hitting bottom. (3) It's also a two-story tall robot. Its weight would sink it into the sand. So it could have very well been down that deep.

DetectiveGadget85

Sentinel never sank into sand in other episodes.

Well, it's shown here.

Red Dawn - S2-E4

Question: Does anyone know what the Russian writing says on the wall behind Omega Red when he is standing at the podium and talking about the return of the Soviet Union? (00:15:08)

Phaneron

Chosen answer: It says MPO "First Exemplary Printing House" which is a real printing company in Russia founded by Ivan Dmitrievich Sytin in 1889. There seems to be something about "named after..." as well.
