Revealing mistake: The town of Wickenberg has very peculiar sunlight: it casts shadows in several directions at once. Also notable is the far end of its main street, where a distinct line of demarcation reveals the presence of a painted studio backdrop. (00:00:10)

The Night of the Man-Eating House - S2-E12

Continuity mistake: West tosses a small grenade at the French doors. We see it hit and explode without breaking a single pane or crosspiece. It just makes smoke and blackens the surface. After a shot of West and Gordon, we cut back to the door and it's now a broken ruin with no glass and the wood framing destroyed. Delayed action bomb? (00:13:00)

The Night of the Skulls - S2-E13

Factual error: Fenlow begins shouting about "one nation, under God, indivisible." This series is set in the 1870s. The Pledge of Allegiance, from which these lines are taken, wasn't written until 1892. And the words "under God" weren't added until 1954. (00:46:55)

The Night of the Skulls - S2-E13

Factual error: This episode suggests that the presidential order of succession is Vice-President, Secretary of State, then President Pro-Tem of the Senate. It's actually the Vice-President, then Speaker of the House, then President Pro-Tem of the Senate.

The Night of the Infernal Machine - S2-E14

Revealing mistake: Right after Zeno Baroda says, "M'Guigan, I'm going to kill you," he shoots at the door. Before the bullet is discharged, one can see the door is already damaged where the door is about to be shot. Also, one can see the streak (moving from the left to right) of the prop used to cause more damage on the door from the bullet's impact. (00:27:30)

The Night of the Infernal Machine - S2-E14

Continuity mistake: As the toy bear is making its way to Gordon, in the background to the right of the window is a plant on a wooden stand. Next to it is a full length long green curtain with gold tassled fringe at the bottom. Gordon throws the toy bear through the window, but there is no glass breaking. The tall wooden plant stand now is wrapped inside the curtain, and the golden fringe cannot be seen. (00:28:10)

The Night of the Lord of Limbo - S2-E15

Continuity mistake: As West is throwing the sword at the robber who shot Gordon, his right pant leg is very dirty above and below the knee. West immediately walks to and kneels by the fallen Gordon. West's right pant leg above the knee is completely clean. (00:24:25)

Trivia: Due to the rigorous stunts he performed, actor Robert Conrad would often rip out the seat of his already too tight pants.
