Continuity mistake: When West and Gordon enter the print shop, they see Mr. Blackhurst's corpse sitting at his desk, with his head up, but when West and Gordon approach Blackhurst, his head is now noticeably bowed forward.

Continuity mistake: West is lying down while in hand shackles. When Voulee turns her back to him, he releases a gadget from under his sleeve by his right wrist. While the camera closes in and out of the device to free him, West's shirt sleeve by his wrist keeps appearing and disappearing. (00:38:35)

Continuity mistake: The opening of the last scene is of the personal train car in the dark night with very little moonlight. The closing scene of this episode shows the train again amid the night sky which is a much lighter beautiful blue. (00:47:45 - 00:49:15)

Continuity mistake: When Braine fires one of his mini-rockets at West, West falls at an angle in front of the bureau's left side. The next shot of the fallen West has him on the bureau's right side, perpendicular to it. (00:20:50)

Trivia: West collides with the cook and sends him sprawling face-down in a huge platter of gelatin. Before racing off again, West quips, "Sorry about that, chef!" This was a winking homage to the 60s spy comedy Get Smart and its bumbling hero Maxwell Smart's famous catch-phrase, "Sorry about that, Chief!" (00:47:30)
