Other mistake: Evergreen State University in Olympia Washington should be The Evergreen State College (they aren't a university). The transcript for Evergreen (assuming they meant the real college) is also wrong in every way: -They said the guy Ivan was expelled, but the transcript lists a B.A. awarded in June of 1968? - Evergreen has always used a narrative evaluation so there are no grades. There shouldn't be numbers or averages. -There are no majors - you get a B.A. or a B.S. -They don't have classic course names like "Philosophy 101" or "History." -The school was founded in 1967 - he couldn't have taken those classes that are listed from 1964 - 1967. Criminal Minds (2005)
1 mistake in Cold Comfort
Starring: Thomas Gibson, Matthew Gray Gubler, Shemar Moore, Kirsten Vangsness
Agent Hotchner: This is Special Agent Dr. Reid.
Man: You look too young to have gone to medical school.
Agent Reid: They are PhD's. Three of them.
Man: What, are you a genius or something?
Agent Reid: I don't believe that intelligence can be accurately quantified, but I do have an IQ of 187, an eidetic memory, can read 20,000 words per minute...yes, I'm a genius.
Trivia: Rick Dunkle, a Criminal Minds producer, writer, and script coordinator, has a cameo as Jonathan, the dead driver in the car that was hit by the tractor trailer, at the start of the episode. *Spoiler* Dunkle, who is a fan of Star Trek: The Next Generation, thought it would be cool to be killed by 'Wesley Crusher' who's played by Wil Wheaton, and who guest stars in this episode.

Chosen answer: Back in Target Rich, a hitman named Giuseppe Montolo dies whilst being interrogated by Derek. The men who abducted Derek were hired by his father, Chazz, who seems to blame Derek for his son's death. It's explained further in A Beautiful Disaster.
