Continuity mistake: When Gibbs visits Abbie's lab to ask about the smoke detector and computer, he finds the CPU disassembled on her table. The "hard drive" is placed on a white tray in front of the cover, which has been removed from the CPU. Initially, the hard drive is white in color. However, in the close-up shot, it turns black and looks like a different piece altogether. Furthermore, the white tray disappears, and the hard drive sits on the CPU cover. In the wide-shot, the white tray reappears, and the hard drive is again white as it was originally. (00:24:50)
Continuity mistake: When Gibbs comes into Abbie's lab, she hands him a blue Fufu drink, it starts in her left hand, at the cut it jumps to her right hand. (00:07:50)

Continuity mistake: When we see Ducky arriving back at the naval yard, two men walk past his cab but when the shot changes, they walk past again. (00:24:20)
Continuity mistake: We see Fornell handing Gibbs a beer at his house and his phone is in his right hand. When the shot changes, his phone is now in his left hand. (00:10:40)
Continuity mistake: When Ziva is on Tony's shoulders, she goes from grimacing and looking at the floor to looking above her and not grimacing as much instantly. (00:04:00)

Continuity mistake: During their first day's investigation of the double homicide Tony is wearing a grey suit, white shirt, and burgundy tie. On the second day, while Tony is wearing a dark suit, light blue shirt and dark blue tie, when Gibbs tells Tony to go see what Ducky wants in Autopsy, Tony is back to wearing what he wore on their first day. Then at Tobett's house, Tony is again wearing the light blue shirt and dark blue tie. (00:04:30 - 00:31:00)
