Deliberate mistake: When the Doctor visits all his recent companions before he regenerates, he goes to a book signing of A Journal of Impossible Things, written by Joan Redfern's great-granddaughter. When she is signing the book for the Doctor, you can hear the scratching effect from the pen but you can see that the pen isn't touching the paper. (00:59:50)
Continuity mistake: Before Martha uses Project Indigo, she doesn't have an ear piece. Then, after two quick shots of Daleks, when Martha says, "Bye, Jack," she does (and then takes it out). (00:17:56)

Eleventh Doctor: It's a... Uh... Timey wimey... Thing.
The Doctor: "Timey" what? "Timey wimey"?

Evolution of the Daleks (2) - S3-E5
Question: When the Daleks sabotage Human Dalek Sec and the Doctor's treatment to turn the dead human bodies into Dalek-Human hybrids, why does the Doctor not help Dalek Sec escape along with the other human prisoners? If he truly believed that Sec had changed (becoming less Dalek and more human), enough to voluntarily help him with the hybrid formula, then why not try and get him out as well?
Answer: Sec was killed and Diagorus wasn't connected to the same system as the dead human experiments. Also technically... Still a Dalek.
