Plot hole: It's never explained why Batman would interrupt the procedure that could've saved Clayface's life.
Suggested correction: A plot hole is when there is a logical inconsistency that benefits a story despite not making any sense. Something not being explained is not a plot hole. And the reason Batman interrupts the procedure is because Clayface is a criminal who has committed numerous robberies as of late, and Batman is there to apprehend him. As far as Batman is concerned, if Clayface wants to undergo the procedure, then he must do it while in custody.
Continuity mistake: Arkham Asylum cells are different in different episodes - in Fear of Victory and Fire From Olympus they come with big windows. Whereas in others like Dreams in Darkness and Harlequinade they're smaller with small windows in the doors that are sliding open kind.
Continuity mistake: In some episodes like Trial the inmates are wearing prison uniforms while in others like Fear of Victory they're wearing their costumes. Another thing is the prison uniforms constantly change color, in some episodes they're light grey, others light blue, then in some light purple.
Character mistake: The news program Stromwell is watching at the beginning of the episode displays a picture of Commissioner Gordon with the caption "Comisioner." (00:02:00)
