Continuity mistake: Mr. Freeze has frozen the commissioner's office, and when Batman applies plastic explosive to the door, a frost stripe appears that wasn't there in the master shot a moment before. In the next shot, the putty he's just put there disappears. And when the explosion occurs (even though Batman didn't add any detonators), it doesn't emanate from anywhere near the spot where he applied the putty. (00:06:00)

Continuity mistake: Tut's "pets," which are a little too obviously plastic, are crocodiles (with pointed snouts), and they're sitting on a grassy island in their water tank. Continuity mistake: When Barbara delivers the rare book on paleontology to Professor Dactyl, during this scene Dactyl holds the book with its spine either facing toward the right or the spine facing the opposite way, depending on the angle of the shot. (00:07:00)

Continuity mistake: While the Batcomputer starts acting wonky just as Batman and Robin need it to figure out Pinky's location, when Alfred joins Batman and Robin in the Batcave, the Yellow Pages phone book vanishes from the Batcomputer's shelf in the closeup. (00:12:20)
Continuity mistake: When Robin parks the Batmobile while Batman heads into the disco, Robin raises the radar antenna on the hood to spin and provide a good signal. But in the shot from behind Robin, as he lifts the dash Batscope cover, the radar antenna is still in its original position and hasn't been raised, but the Batscope visuals are working perfectly. It happens again, when Robin watches on the Batscope as Batman begins to collapse from the spiked OJ, the radar antenna hasn't been raised at all. (00:16:50)
The Joker's Hard Times (2) - S2-E38
Continuity mistake: After Joker enters Commissioner Gordon's office, Gordon and Chief O'Hara walk over to the window, and the Batphone table is behind them, beside Gordon's desk. Then Joker makes two "quick-frozen cops" and runs off to snatch Justice, leaving Gordon and O'Hara immobile. When their shock paralysis wears off, Gordon and O'Hara rush over to Gordon's desk, but the Batphone table and the Batphone have vanished (note the rug's pattern). (00:03:00 - 00:04:55)
Continuity mistake: Batgirl's outfit includes boots with kitten heels, but during the fight scenes the stuntwoman's boots have block heels. (00:19:45 - 00:21:25)

Continuity mistake: When Batgirl finds Betsy with the huge magnet under the boxing ring Batgirl throws the rope around the lever, then as the rope pulls the lever down the rope slips off and falls, but in the next shot the rope is still up around the lever. (00:21:25)
Pop Goes the Joker (1) - S2-E57
Continuity mistake: After Oliver Muzzy congratulates Joker for his magnificent artwork and makes a deal with him, before Joker leaves the gallery he runs his finger across Batman's yellow emblem to sign his red artwork, but at GCPD HQ when they're discussing the matter, Joker's signature is completely different, it's now a capital "J" on Batman's yellow emblem. A Riddling Controversy (2) - S2-E46
Continuity mistake: When Riddler and his baddies are at their factory hideout watching the news of their criminal coup on TV, in shots facing the TV the two rabbit ear antenna are fully retracted, but in shots from behind the TV the antenna are extended by approximately a foot. Later, there's a similar occurrence with the TV antenna, while Batman and Robin use the Batrope to climb the wall. (00:03:20)
Penguin Is a Girl's Best Friend (1) - S2-E42
Continuity mistake: After Batman and Robin fight off the fake thieves, when Penguin threatens the Dynamic Duo with jail time for aggravated assault and malicious property damage, in his closeup Penguin holds the megaphone in his left hand and his cigarette is in his right hand, but in the next wide shot those items have switched hands. The Zodiac Crimes (1) - S2-E37
Continuity mistake: In Commissioner Gordon's office, after Batman uses his handy mini fire extinguisher to extinguish Joker's flaming 2-way spy device, when he walks over to Gordon's desk the mini fire extinguisher is in his left hand, but when it cuts to the closeup as he realises the significance of RAM, the fire extinguisher is suddenly in his raised right hand. The Joker's Provokers (2) - S2-E22
Continuity mistake: While Joker and his baddies are in the vent shaft at the waterworks, Joker takes out the envelope and holds the envelope with his left palm up, but in the closeup his left palm is down as he pours the pills into his right hand. (00:14:50)
While Gotham City Burns (2) - S1-E30
Continuity mistake: While Bookworm is at stately Wayne Manor he hands Aunt Harriet a book, and when she opens it Harriet and Alfred are gassed unconscious. In the next closeup of the rare book encased in glass, its open pages have colorful illustrations, but in the next shot the open pages have only plain text. (00:09:30)

Continuity mistake: While Batman is increasing his communicator's audio modulation so as to incapacitate the tiger, Batman is wearing Bat Ear Plugs to protect his hearing. As Batman turns his head in the closeup, we're able to see that the Bat Ear Plug has vanished from his right ear, then it reappears in its proper place. (00:04:55)
Continuity mistake: When Batman and Robin scale the warehouse wall then watch Joker and his cohorts, each of the two windows have latches at the bottom, but when the Dynamic Duo burst in through the window, only the left window has a latch. (00:11:45)
Continuity mistake: When Robin has the idea that Riddler placed two other riddles hidden in the legal documents, Robin holds the papers up with his raised right hand, but in the next shot the documents are being held up in Robin's left hand. (00:13:45)
Answer: There wasn't one singular city used. It was shot in and around various locations in California, plus on a lot of sets and backlots. Ex. Some scenes were shot in LA, some in Pasadena, some in Santa Barbara, etc.
