The Substitute Spanish Prisoner - S6-E2

Question: Where does the title of this episode come from? It seems like "The Substitute Spanish Prisoner" would actually be better for the episode where Peggy accidentally sneaks a Mexican girl back into America during a field trip, and is later arrested in Mexico.

Chosen answer: The title comes from a con trick that is similar to the scam emails from people claiming to represent wealthy Nigerians. (For more information on this click here.) Being that much of the episode revolves around a con man and conning the title seems more suitable than to the episode Peggy accidentally kidnaps the Mexican girl Lupe.

The Substitute Spanish Prisoner - S6-E2

Question: What does Dr. Visoza mean when he says that if Peggy "dropped a box of toothpicks" in front of Jimmy Witchard, she would understand how the Intelligence Institute expects a lot from him?

Chosen answer: He's referencing the movie "Rainman." He's saying Jimmy is autistic.

Trivia

During Hanks's conversation with Bobby when he tells him that he will have to marry Luanne, look at the shelf behind Bobby. There is a Bart Simpson doll there. A few years before this was featured the Hill family was in the crowd at one of the pee wee football games in the Simpsons episode "Bart Star".
