Audio problem: When Greene is outside by the river explaining what happened to him, there are a couple of really bad sound edits in the background noise. These are really obvious as the sound suddenly changes, and for some reason the background noise in this scene is very loud, almost as loud as the dialogue; very strange.
Visible crew/equipment: When Dr. DeRaad asks Kerry if she knows Paul Sobriki she tells him to check the board, and as Kerry walks past the door we can see the reflection of a crouched crew member walking backwards, pulling a rolling microphone stand. (00:02:45)
Trivia: It is finally revealed here that Dr. Weaver uses the crutch because of congenital hip dysplasia.
Question: Does anybody know what the episode was called where that helicopter severed Romano's arm? I'm pretty sure it was season 8.
Answer: It was in "Chaos Theory" which is the first episode of season 9 (time code 00:13:55).
