The Corpse Flew First Class - S3-E12
Factual error: As the airplane is coming in to land at Heathrow, there is an establishing shot of the wheels down, and in the background there are cars on the road, but driving on the right, wrong for the UK.

Revealing mistake: When the first scene at Emma's hideaway was shown, obviously the two characters Emma and Jessica were filmed seperately on the couch and then the film was put together (as both are played by Angela Lansbury). However Jessica did a lot of moving while she was talking, so Emma was looking straight across at where she had been, despite her bending down while she talked.
Trivia: Angela Lansbury is the only actress to appear in all 264 episodes of the show.
Murder on the Thirtieth Floor - S10-E15
Question: What did Edward mean in his note to Jessica that he was right in the first place?
Answer: At the start, Edward told Jessica that he loved the changes she'd made to her new book. Later, as his mental condition declined, he said the book was terrible and he wouldn't publish it until she made improvements. Edward's later note to Jessica was to apologise for saying her novel was bad and that he had been right about it the first time.
