Continuity mistake: When TJ records his messages for when his dad comes up to talk, he says "You're right, I just need to sleep on it". When Marcus plays the tape, TJ's voice says "You're right dad, I just need to sleep on it".
Yvette: Dad! You promised you weren't gonna come down here and binge on cake anymore.
Floyd: You want some some?
Yvette: Yeah.
Floyd: Grab a spoon.
Trivia: John Marshall Jones, who plays Yvette's father, Floyd Henderson, is only ten years older than Essence Atkins.
Question: How come no one believes TJ that he was the one who threw the party, not Marcus?
Answer: It's reckless and irresponsible and it's not something that he does normally. But, it is something that Marcus would do.
