The Sopranos

No-Show - S4-E2

Revealing mistake: When Patsy knocks down the black guy with the iron pole, the pole breaks in half like a piece of plastic. When it cuts, the pole is intact.

Pie-O-My - S4-E5

Revealing mistake: A different horse is used for close-ups and race shots; you can tell by looking at the white patch on Pie-O-My's head, which is much bigger in the close-ups.

Pie-O-My - S4-E5

Revealing mistake: The high quality image of the footage of the show differs hugely with that of the footage of the horse races; revealing it's stock footage taken from a TV source, placed in the middle of the action.

Whitecaps - S4-E13

Revealing mistake: The semi-automatic handgun the gunman is shooting has no rearward slide movement after each shot is fired for the shell casings to eject. The gun is firing but it's not reloading, however it's firing several shots. This is just not possible. In a few other previous gun scenes like the Mikey Palmice hit Christopher is dramatizing the recoil by moving the handgun up and down and snapping it in a way that just doesn't make any sense. Suggested correction: Tony and others say many things that aren't accurate. While season one gives the firm impression that the house is sold, it's not confirmed on screen. There may have been a deal where the intended buyer couldn't get financing or a closing never took place for other reasons.

Anthony 'Tony' Soprano Sr.: You know where I was yesterday when you called?.. I was outside a whorehouse, while a guy that works for me was inside beating the shit out of a guy that owes me money. Broke his arm. Put a bullet in his kneecap.
Dr Jennifer Melfi: How'd that make you feel?
Anthony 'Tony' Soprano Sr.: Wished it was me in there.
Dr Jennifer Melfi: Giving the beating or taking it?

Trivia: Whenever the mobsters in the Sopranos pay they almost always take a wad of cash out of their pocket and pull off the top 3-4 bills and hand it over. If Tony is paying for a pizza he pulls off 3-4 bills. If he's bribing someone he pulls off 3-4 bills. No matter what the amount is for that particular situation, it's always covered with the top 3-4 bills of the cash wad.
