Revealing mistake: When Tony collapses in his back garden, and the barbecue grill explodes, some coals (supposedly thrown into the air by the explosion) land next to Tony's body. Watch this moment closely however and you can see that the coals come into shot from left of the screen and not above from the air as they should.
